Do not recommend. J2 installed a Navian tankless hot water heater and, due to the installation, its been nothing but problems ever since. For starters, the installer didnt use copper fittings which caused a gas leak in our house and National Grid had to cut our gas off. We have another plumber fixing their mistakes. Do not recommend. Update: we're going to have to have the tankless water heater torn out and reinstalled correctly by professionals. We are so upset! Please do not use this company.

Excellent service from this crew. They installed a new water heater for us, which turned out to be defective. We called about the problem and a crew member came out the same day. We had a replacement installed a day later, no fuss, no drama. Very professional and efficient. We now have a new favorite plumber.

These guys are great! Our hot water heater died on a Sunday morning, leaving our basement flooded. We had another company in, and they wanted an astronomical amount of money and would take several days to fix. Called J2 based on good reviews and within 3 hours we had a brand new hot water heater, installed at a VERY reasonable price, even with it being an emergency. Work is high quality and the technician was very friendly and helpful. They're our new go-to for plumbing work in the future!

We just moved into our house and thought we had a few years left on our hot water heater tank. The pilot assembly and gas valve went. J2 came up on a Google search after shopping around and having a few techs come out J2 offered us the best pricing and quickest turn time. The owner honored the appraisal and we didn’t pay a penny more than expected. The techs were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. I noticed my hot water heater stopped working late on a Friday afternoon so I assumed I wouldn’t be able to get any help until Monday and we would go all weekend without heat. Pete and Sean came over and got the job done. Considering where the old tank was located they did not sweat it one bit. It was pleasant dealing with Jonathan and Henry over the phone as well. Heater blew itself out on the coldest days of the year. J2 was pretty quick to get back to us, but the best aspect was the team they sent (Pete and Sean). Replacing a heating unit that went out on Christmas had us very stressed out. That being said, Pete walked right in and made me feel really at ease before they even got started. He was carefully explaining what they needed to do and why at every point. Some hiccups came along and stressed out everyone...except for Pete. He genuinely radiated a positive attitude to everyone, and I cannot understate how valuable that was to my family. In regard to the work done, it seems excellent, and these employees were beyond that in customer service. Truthfully, the best compliment I can give, is that Pete and Sean are the kind of guys you wish you had as neighbors. This is the second time I've used them and I should have known better after the first. They never show up when they say they will. This happened on both jobs. During this trip a lot of heating oil was spilled and they left without doing anything about it. The house reeked of heating oil fumes, yet they did not return until 1:30 the next day after telling me they'd be back in the morning. To their credit $100.00 was taken off the bill for my displeasure, but only after I complained about not getting an itemized bill. The one bright spot was that the tech. that came the 2nd day of the latest job was great. Professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up properly. He added a star to the rating.
