Was a client for 18 years until they hung up the phone on me because I dared politely complain about a miscommunication relating to a major project that has resulted (so far) in a very serious heating problem. They claimed I "called them liars" but of course that is not what I did. And I'm sure it might have been resolved had they not hung up on me. I don't like writing negative reviews and have been appreciative of them in the past. But they seem alarmingly confident of their customer base. I have always had a good relationship with them, then suddenly they became churlish and vindictive. In fact, they fired me! Personally I found this shocking, especially because the problem was entirely because of their repeated misdiagnosis of the heating problem, and then failure to communicate about time frames on the arrival of parts. Sadly, I can only rate them unacceptable. Negative Professionalism
