All Trade Plumbing & Construction

New I highly recommend All Trades Plumbing and Construction! When I needed to replace my old hot water heater, Bryan handled the installation with professionalism and care. He identified issues with the previous setup, including an incorrectly sized vent and gas-line problems, which I had corrected. He did an excellent job and left everything clean. I later contacted Mike about a non-plumbing issue, and he went above and beyond to help me resolve it. His time, effort, and dedication exceeded my expectations. Learning that All Trades is a family-owned business run by a father-and-son team made the experience even more special. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. Choosing All Trades Plumbing and Construction was one of the best decisions I could have made! I highly recommend them for your plumbing and construction needs. Thank you, Mike and Bryan, for everything you did for me! Services Water heater installation, Service not listed

Reasonable price Found a valve misting water into my basement and luckily, after 12 seconds, I abandoned the idea that "I could repair this myself." Instead I went looking for a plumber in the Chatham area and was lucky enough to find All Trades. They responded over the weekend but I shut the water off so it wasn't an emergency. I sent a video and got a fair estimate of the work and scheduled the work for a day or two later. They showed up right on time, assessed the issue, and did a beautiful job putting in a brand new valve. Sure it was a small job, but the work was done cleanly and efficiently. Nice knowing I have a number I can call and people I can trust for any future issues.

My mother paid for a leak in their shower, seen in the Sheetrock overhead from the floor below. She was charged easily 5 fold of the cost of the “parts” used, (an 2” rubber fernco) and billed 4.5 hours for a job that literally takes 30 mins. Clearly this company is out to take advantage of customers, and not seeking return customers. Was told job would take 2 hours, and in all honesty, that is PADDED HEAVILY. Cut a square piece of Sheetrock, cut the waste line, and install a fernco. $1,200 for a job that should AT MAX, been charged 500, in and out in a two hour window. But trying to retire off the backs of others who try to give business to the community. Absolutely avoid this rip off company, and seek an HONEST contractor that doesn’t take advantage of their customers! Will not recommend, and highly urge others to avoid!

All Trades Plumbing came through for us with very short notice (the same morning) on two completely unrelated issues. Both problems were corrected over the next two days with smooth professionalism, and we are now planning an additional upgrade project. We are very happy to have found them!

I moved in my house in 2021, I hired ALL TRADES PLUMBING LLC to work on my upstairs bathroom as well as other things in my house. However, the problem was never fixed and I was charged 3088 for numerous problems in my house that was never fixed. They (father and son) worked at my house for a week (estimated) at times I would leave them in my house alone for long periods of time thinking they were working but nothing was being done! Today 3/22/24 I had someone come to see the problem in my bathroom and they seen the prior work that was done which was nothing! They never changed the pipe that was causing the problem. I do not recommend them in no way ! Straight rip off!
