This guy chris is a liar, he charged me $200 to clean my furnace… I took him at his word and paid him, only to find two weeks later my furnace started smoking and had to turn it off until someone else showed up. No heat in the dead of winter because this man ripped me off. Call someone else, this guy is a thief!

Received bill after services for $450 AN HOUR for unclogging a pipe obstruction. Owner unwilling to make any reasonable accomodation afterwards. Gave an extra star since I had been a satisfied customer over the prior years.

Showed up the day of so gets a second star. But charged us over $400 for a grease trap fix that was less than an hour to fix. Said it was a “flat rate” but didn’t explain further. Didn’t even give a receipt. Avoid. Negative Value Services Drain cleaning

Had a sewer problem, contacted Chris at twin county plumbing an heating. Quick response, very professional and courteous. Told me in total detail of the problem an the best results to resolving the problem. Would recommend to anyone who asked. GREAT JOB!!

For a non emergency .a schedule appointment I Was was charged 175 an hour with out any heads up it going to cost that much . I found out 6 hours later. . 3 hours to find the problem 3 hours to fix. To top it off Chris is the owner and only worker . Nice guy but wayyyyy to expensive Services Water heater repair

I was away for a few days and it had rained while I was gone. Came home to a flooded basement and the sump pump not working. I contacted Twin County and Chris was able to come within a couple of hours. My sump pump was replaced and the water gone. I will add that Twin County is my go to plumbing company. I have used their services several times over the past few years and they are always responsive as well as friendly and very professional. Will continue to be my first call! On a late Saturday afternoon, following a few days of below 0 temperatures, i had a pipe burst. I wasn't previously familiar with this company and had contacted 3 others first only to be told they were too busy. Twin County answered my call right away and promised someone would be at my house that day. At 6 o'clock Chris arrived and fixed my broken pipe within minutes. Considering this was an emergency AND a weekend, I found the price to be more than reasonable. Chris was very professional and personable. I will definitely call Twin County first for all my future plumbing needs.

Completely over charged for the job done. Cost us 800.00 to have part of a shower set installed! and then had to come back to fix a leak they left. Ridiculous!
