The level of disrespect from this company is unbelievable. The woman on the phone acted like we were inconveniencing her by needing the service we were already making payments on. Instead of communicating like a professional, she chose to yell, talk over us, and be completely rude for no reason. They clearly have no regard for their customers, and the way they speak to people is flat-out nasty. To refuse service to someone who actually needed help, simply because they didn’t feel like dealing with it, says everything you need to know. Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of companies who know how to treat people with basic respect — this is not one of them.

This company is extremely unprofessional. The woman on the phone was yelling and talking to us like we were a burden for simply asking for the service we were already on a payment plan for. Instead of handling the situation with basic respect, she chose attitude, sarcasm, and raised her voice. They refused to help someone who genuinely needed their services, over something that could have been handled calmly and professionally. The way they speak to people is unacceptable. If you want to be talked down to and disrespected, this is the company for you. Otherwise, save your time and call literally anyone else.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. Someone in my household was in serious need of their services, and instead of working with us respectfully, the woman on the phone spoke aggressively and raised her voice. We were on a payment plan that had already been agreed upon, yet she refused service and continued to argue and complain the entire time because according to her we didn’t pay case enough and the furnace is too old for her dad to work on . There are ways to communicate concerns about billing, but yelling at customers and denying service to someone who truly needs help is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and compassion was extremely concerning. I would not recommend this company based on the treatment we received.

Fast response by office person, Roberta, who was kind and efficient and by plumber, Mike, to my semi-emergency -- no outside water. Highly appreciated. But Mike and later Roberta said that someone would contact me about a different question I had -- and no one did. Twice: "We'll get back to you." Crickets. Maddening for customers when a business doesn't do what it says it will do. So 5 for urgent response, 1 for follow-through averages to a 3.
