Called never returned my call. WHY? I live alone and could use help. What would hurt to return my call. Rick was recommended to me. Very disappointed.

Rick and Chad are two, extremely professional plumbers. They realized I had an emergency situation, so they were very quick to come and solve the problem. All the time they were here, they smiled, answered questions and were like the "best of neighbors".

I called this company 2 days in a row (3/8/22 and 3/9/22),I left a message. I got no call back. I even left another number for them to call if I was not available. No one ever called me back. Not a good way to do business. Negative Responsiveness

They are THE BEST!!! They called back immediately and were at my house in ten minutes. In less than two hours they had installed a new water heater as well as bad pipes that could have been leaking carbon monoxide. Absolutely amazing service -- fast, efficient, reasonable. I will call them for all my future plumbing and heating needs. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair

Rick and Chad got me out of two major problems late at night in the middle of the last winter when no other "24 hour emergency" plumbing and heating companies were willing or able to come out. Thomas Harkins Plumbing and Heating gets my highest rating.
