Over the past weekend I had a plumbing disaster with sewage and solid waste backing up into my mechanical room. Sunday Carson comes to my house to assess. Monday plumber fixes problem. Tuesday Puroclean does enough cleaning for the A/C firm to assess and remove all equipment. Puroclean comes back and finishes the clean now that they can reach all areas. The whole team was great to work with and did a great job. Carson and Erika are terrific and exceeded my expectations. Would give 6 stars if I could.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. A sewage backup is never easy to deal with (and we should know!), and it means a lot to know Karson, Erika, and the team were able to make things a little less stressful for you. I’ll be sure to pass along your kind words—they’ll be glad to hear they made a difference.

Fast response they were here 2 hours after my call to assess the flood damage. They came on time and brought all the needed equipment to remove all the moisture in the flooded area. The woman who came knew her job and set up her equipment fast and was very personable, professional and knowledgeable.
