Reasonable price Patrick and the crew of SERVPRO of Western Dutchess County were the consummate professional to work with. We had a heavily damaged family home from a broken pipe flood damage plus many years of wear-and-tear. We needed it repaired and updated to get on the market for sale. We contracted with them to go over and above the insurance payments to upgrade the house to current standards In a nutshell it looked almost new after their many repairs and improvements. Walls, floors , painting, kitchen installation, etc. We had 3 purchase offers within 5 days on the market and a new family has just moved in. Overpriced DO NOT HIRE!!!!! First, let me start by saying that Servpro was recommended by my insurance company. They not only did a TERRIBLE job by leaving half my floor soaking wet, which forced me to hire another company to address the issue, but the entire experience was beyond unprofessional and STRESSFUL! One of their employees used my toilet, knowing the water was shut off, and left it sitting there for days. I only discovered it when I had to return to the house to get clothes for my children, three of whom are under six years old. I almost fainted walking into my home from the smell of crap sitting in my toilet. Another concerning issue was that their project manager was also communicating directly with my insurance company and making recommendations that, from my understanding, he was not licensed or certified to make. Especially since he was hired by us. On top of that, while the fans and drying equipment were running, (WHICH DID NOTHING )one day SERVPRO did not even show up to monitor the property. And finally, they cut out only half of my flooring while leaving the other half completely wet. I have photos proving this. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a restoration company. Extremely unprofessional, careless, and stressful for my family during an already difficult situation. DO NOT HIRE!

Man where do I start with these guys. I had a housefire about 2 years back and servpro came in to do the restoration. My house needed to have full restoration and they took the job. I had to check on everything they did as they are very deceiving and the material they were trying to use was the cheapest in the market. The subcontractors they hire didnt look like they knew what they were doing and half the time half assed the job…from tiles to Attic insulation, to new gutters they installed. I recently had the attic inspected and found out that they had just brought the insulation up there without properly putting it in. One advice…do not use these guys if you want things rebuilt. Reasonable price We couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome of the work of the personnel that contributed to the success of the restoration of the lower level of our townhouse following the rupture of our water tank. From the pack out to the remediation, ending with the talented reconstruction team and the move back in everyone involved was totally professional in their demeaner and specific skill sets. I am very unhappy with Servpro of Western Dutchess County. The team came on Monday and did a fairly decent job cleaning. The advance person was looking for water damage. There was none. So, job’s done. They leave. I go down to get a tool and notice a huge hole in the foundation which I did not know was there. I checked on the work periodically during the day and no one mentioned the hole. So, I have the mason come today and he replaces 5 (5!) concrete blocks. Worse than that, I now have dust from the masonry work all over everything and have to vacuum it up and wipe it all down. The manager says it’s not the workers’ job to inspect the property. Yet, she inspected it for water and the supervisor reported no mold. I would not recommend this company. It is unethical not to mention this big a problem to a homeowner. Now they have $1,800.00 and I have a mess to clean.

After a home disaster all you want is someone to come in and make it all go away. ServPro was able to do that for me. I was third party so after the initial estimate it was a day or so and then they showed up in force to mitigate my salt water mess. They removed damaged baseboard and rug pads, mold proofed everything then set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the whole thing. Everything ran for three days. A team came back after everything was dry and attempted to clean the badly salt damaged rug. I was surprised they even tried but they made a valiant effort and I appreciate the effort. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done to mitigate my brine tan overflow. I recommend ServPro for any home disaster militating work.

We recently purchased a new home, where the previous owner was a heavy smoker. When I first called ServPro I was more than clear about what type of service that we required . We were assured that they provided the service we required. Two ladies came in a small SUV and only had a small ladder. We were very upset right from the beginning. They wiped down the walls and doors and windows and the kitchen cabinets. We were charged $489.00 for 4 hours. Then we were charged and additional $360.00 for 3 additional hours. I don’t fault the girls that came, I fault the office personnel who DIDN'T listen. I called and voiced my displeasure and it fell on deaf ears. My wife called afterwards and voiced her displeasure and the manager was supposed to call her back. As of today we have not received any response from them.

I would like to share the positive experience we had with Servpro from start to finish. - Clean up /mitigation - The young man who came to check on the fans/flooring/walls drying was professional and answered all questions patiently and clearly. - The pack out was done quickly, everything was wrapped nicely and nothing was broken. I was pleasantly surprised as I opened the boxes to unpack and found all breakables so nicely wrapped. - Justine -project manager -was just excellent. When there was a glitch with paperwork being sent to our insurance she quickly worked to get the problem sorted out. What I so very much appreciated was how quickly she responded to our inquiries with clear communication of where we were in the process of restoration (water damage was from unit next door hot water leaking). Justine's clear and consistent communication made a difficult situation easier to cope with. Thanks so much Justine. -I can't say enough about Charlie and his workers who repaired and painted. The paint work was pristine, no drips/dust or imperfections. The walls so meticulously repaired. Our kitchen looks so fresh and beautiful -countertops - lovely. The new floors are incredible and the lovely baseboards carefully installed. Charlie and his crew were very respectful of us and our home - everything was left so clean and tidy when they finished. - The gentlemen who came to put the cabinetry hardware on did a lovely job - precise and balanced - looks very nice. - Those who brought our items back from storage were quick, efficient and gentle with our furniture and boxes. - Thank you very much Eddie and Roberto and the gentleman who did the final walk through. Christian and Jose’s team from ServPro at Western Dutchess did an amazing post construction clean up job. I have high ceilings and beams and they had to set up scaffolding and dusted and wiped everything clean. They covered everything meticulously and paid attention to safety. They also cleaned up after their work. They worked nonstop the whole day. All of the crew was very professional and kind. I really appreciated the great job they did. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of professional cleaning.
