We had a pipe burst in the middle of a winter night. It caused a small electrical fire and it was such a stressful situation. Stefanie and her team were at our house first thing in the morning, assessing the damage and starting the cleanup process. They made sure to leave no stone unturned and put our house back together better than it was before. I was so greatful to have the support of their team the whole way. They helped alleviate so much stress around such an unexpected situation.

Hats off to Chuck, Ray and Zack at Servprov! Our basement was flooded in June of 2025, and the crew arrived at our home in record time! They were quick to assess the damage and immediately began mitigating the situation. They were courteous, accommodating and professional every step of the way. Reasonable price I used Servpro recently in a house flood and found them to be quickly responsive, clear in their proposed work, and very professional in carrying out their assignment. Great price I can’t say enough good things about SERVPRO of NW & SE Dutchess Counties. From the very first night our water damage happened, Zack called me right away and patiently walked me through what to expect and how the process would go. Chuck came out shortly after to stabilize everything until the full remediation could begin, and he was incredibly kind and professional. When the techs came to do the demo work, they were so respectful, sweet, and thorough. I’m so sorry I don’t remember all their names, but they truly did an excellent job. Every single person I spoke to, even the ladies who called to schedule, were kind, professional, and compassionate during such a stressful time. I had some flooding in my basement. Serve pro responded quickly, took moisture measurements, and set up blowers and a dehumidifier. Their technicians were courteous and professional. Basement was dried out very quickly with no residual moisture or effects. Would definitely call them again!

The expansion valve broke on our boiler in October and hot water was flowing out of our garage. Our family room is on the other side of the garage and there was a fluid inside as well. Everything was soaked. The rug was totally ruined as well as the wall inside. The water traveled into 2 closets. It was a mess! I called my insurance company and I immediately put in a claim and got my claim number. My next call was to ServPro.Justin the manager told me they would be there within an hour and a half. They immediately hooked up all their equipment ,pulled up the saturated carpet and cut out the drenched walls ( about 3 ft). Matt and I believe Dan were professional, courteous, friendly and Most Efficient! The drying out process took about 31/2 days. They recommended CMM to do the reconstruction. I would DEFINITELY use and recommend ServPro to anyone who had a flood or water problem!!!! I had used them in 2016 when I had a water issue with my dishwasher as well. Simply the BEST!

I had the siding ripped off the side of my house because the cable company screwed up something with the line coming across the street... Servpro was there within a couple of days with there busy schedule and had the side of my house looking like nothing ever happened.They showed up when they said they would and they finished it in a day....Cant thank them enough...Great service....great people...great price!!!!!!..Thanks again!!!!!

Never having had catastrophic plumbing issues before I was an emotional mess trying to figure everything out with insurance and damage to my home. Servepro took the time to walk me through the process and made sure everything was taken care of. I hope I never have an issue like this again but if I do I'd definitely use servepro. I had an unfortunate event occur in my basement and Servpro came to the rescue! A real live person answers the phone (Lori), who is reassuring, informative, with an infectious sense of humor. The technicians arrived on time the following day and worked HARD until the job was complete. I tip my hat to both of them and am so appreciative for their dedication to a strong work ethic in very difficult situations. I highly recommend Servpro for their customer service, quality of work and reliability.
