They were fast to the scene to evaluate affects from a fire. Reported their findings right away. They sanitized and cleaned what could be saved. They were fast, professional, and efficient, but equally impressive was their prompt communication, caring and compassion throughout. They got right to work and handled everything quickly and professionally. The Paul Davis crew were genuinely polite and extremely helpful. Paul Davis Restoration was so wonderful after our basement flooded. When we called the office number Susan explained the process thoroughly and answered all our questions and concerns. Tyler was one of the crew they sent to our house and he was amazing! I highly recommend them over any other restoration company. My basement flooded due to a power failure during a storm, both sump pumps stopped working. It was a very difficult time in my life. My son was seriously ill when the flood happened, I contacted Paul Davis told them the situation. They not only did a great job on my basement but were very concerned about my situation with my son and worked when it was convenient for me. They did a great job and completely dried out my basement. I can't thank them enough for a great job and their compassionate care.

My family and I were devastated after our sump pump failed this past weekend. I called Paul Davis on Sunday morning and within a few hours, I had John/Jon, one of the lead techs, with a generator at my house to drain my basement. The next day and for the rest of the week, John/Jon, Cole, and other techs were at my house, restoring my basement and mitigating as much personal loss and damage as possible. They had all the equipment needed to dry everything timely, and debris material was virtually all gone after they were extremely organized and tidy. Susan, the project manager for my account, was readily available throughout the entire process for my phone calls, and she even came to my house personally to oversee the finishing touches. This is one of the best company’s that I have ever contracted with as a homeowner, and made this difficult time for me and my family, more tolerable. As good as they were, due to the business they are in, I hope I never have to use their service again, but would highly recommend to anyone else who needs their home restored during an emergency.
