New Reasonable price Rainbow did a sanitation cleanup after bat exclusion for me. Mike (manager) arrived quickly responding to my request for an estimate. He was courteous and paid attention to detail and noted any specific requests I may have had. The quoted price he arrived at was in the price range of several other estimates. His estimate clearly laid out what was to be done. But I had a lot more confidence in Rainbows approach. ( Concern for detail, clear description of work to be done and responsiveness, right from the start) Mike and his highly qualified technicians arrived on time on the day of their restoration work. They proceeded to work exactly as Mike had explained. The highly qualified and trained techs, Mike (another Mike) & Jay got right to it. They were a pleasure to be around and very concerned with protecting valuables and personal items. I rarely give reviews. Or long reviews but when I see excellence, I have to speak up! 5/5 is not high enough for these guys. They went above and beyond! They were there for 3 days. The equipment they used was top of the line air scrubbers. When they were done the dismal musty odor was replaced with healthy fresh air. What a difference! I could go on and on. Our experience with Rainbow Restoration was excellent. Mikey and Jay were highly knowledgeable and professional. They walked us through the entire process and throughly answered any questions. We had a water issue in our kitchen which required the use of Injectidry. This was able to throughly dry out the area. Mikey and Jay were on time everyday. Highly recommended their services!

It is difficult to describe just how highly I would recommend Rainbow Restoration. They were the company assigned by our insurance company and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Not sure Rainbow Restoration is an outstanding company to work with. My brother’s house had extensive damage due to ice damming this past winter. In addition he has serious health issues which made this situation even more difficult. Mike Dyer, president and owner, was there every step of the way for us throughout the process of remediating the damage. His crew skillfully got the work done while being respectful of my brother’s health issues. Mike and his crew. kept my brother and I informed of the status of the process as well as next steps. Mike is always available and goes above and beyond for his customers. This was an insurance claim so we are unsure of the cost but it was worth every penny! We highly recommend this company! Reasonable price After a major kitchen fire, the Rainbow team was onsite cleaning everything from ceilings, walls, furniture, fixtures, and taking detailed inventory of all items. Great price Rainbow was a pleasure to work with. They came into our home and removed all water damaged material from an ice damn. They left the space clean each time they finished working. Not sure I was lucky enough to have Mike Dwyer of Rainbow International Restoration take care of me after a tragic fire in my rental home. Mike was there within less than 12 hours after the fire and went directly to work, immediately knowing exactly what to do. He also brought a general contractor, Ron Tyler, that day who literally crawled into the attic and got up on the roof to assess the extent of the damage and made sure the fire was out. Mike knew what contractor to bring in and he was a great one. Mike was very caring and respectful and comforting at this difficult time. He worked hand in hand with my tenant to learn his concerns, to recover and protect the property he was most worried about retrieving and saving. And he did recover and save within 24 hours what was most precious to my tenant. Mike called in all of the other contractors that I never would have even known that I needed and they all came quickly and on the spot and they also knew immediately what to do to also save what we could of the house. It was January and temperatures were in the teens and it was snowing alot. They covered the area of the roof that was open to the sky before any further damage could occur. Mike also worked hand in hand with my insurance company and communicated and coordinated schedules with meeting with my insurance representative. I would hope no one would ever need his services, but if so Mike Dwyer’s company, Rainbow International Restoration, is the company you want. The professionalism, the knowledge, the experience, the kindness and caring could not have been better. Insurance covered the cost of his services so I can’t comment on the price I paid, but it must have been fair and reasonable and appropriate or insurance would not have covered it in full the way they did. I hope my words convey that I could not give a more glowing 5 star review of Rainbow International Restoration and Mike Dwyer. Services Fire damage cleanup & repair
