I called Servpro of Watertown NY after the national Servpro company cancelled our appointment and could not tell me exactly when they could reschedule! Within an hour of my call they arrived, assessed the water damage. Gave us great information. They were kind and very courteous. Overpriced Extremely disrespectful no one was really communicating with each other. The lady said she did not have availability for that day. In all actuality. It was the fact that They had a really big job mind you they got off at 2 PM. That’s the time they made it to my house so they did have time she wanted to make a little snide remarks as to why the house wasn’t cleaned correctly. Mind you I paid $659. They did not clean the carpets well at all they did not clean the trimming in my sliding glass door They did not remove staining from my carpet. They did the bare minimum you could tell these people just wanted to show up and collect a check that’s it. And PS it was not the worst house ever you can see the floor you guys clean condemned homes so next time keep that comment to yourself trying to make it seem like the worked hard. And the whole time they were here all I heard was laughing they were playing in my house. And by the way the housing complex has had several issues with your company not just me you need to reevaluate yourselves. All it took was saying that you all did the cleaning and my housing manager was not surprised at all. Services Carpet cleaning

They are incredibly responsive, and they will not finish the job at your home or business until you are 100% satisfied. They sent chain smokers to a smoke abatement job. At least two “workers “ spent more time smoking than working. One in particular was told half a dozen times that a family member was deathly allergic to cigarette smoke, but he kept smoking near this person. The “cleaning” was not done and I would NEVER recommend this company. The owner never followed up with the property owner after hearing what happened.

We recently moved into the area and purchased a beautiful home. However, the tile and grout were filthy and really needed a good cleaning, as well as the carpet in the basement having various stains. I've had 3 floods in my house in the past 4 years and what a night-and-day difference between the other companies who handled the first 2 versus Servpro who handled this last flood. They arrived promptly and got to work right away: bringing in 6 guys (not just 2 or 3) and equipment to mitigate water damage FAST!
