Mike and his crew are exactly the contractors you want to hire. Mike is responsive, available, knowledgeable, on time and incredibly hard working. His son Mike and the rest of the crew are timely, dedicated, neat and also incredibly hard working. Dealing with contractors is just about my least favorite thing in the world to do. Mike is the exception to the rule. They hustle and are very good at what they do. Don't have second thoughts about inviting them to work on your home.

Thank you Mike for making the recent log restoration so painless, I worried for nothing. You, Michael, Joey and Eric did a wonderful job replacing the logs on the north side of my cabin. You and your guys were at my house by 8:00 and left at dark each afternoon. Even though the north side was exposed during the day, at night you made sure everything was closed up so I was warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend KSM Log Home Restoration to anyone looking to restore their log home. Mike and his team are so professional and respectful. I don’t know how many times I called Mike prior to the day work began, I think more times than I would like to admit but Mike always took the time to answer my questions. He never belittled the question and always provided answers that gave me peace of mind and relieved my fears since this project was happening in December. I look forward to this spring or summer when Mike and his team will be back to begin phase two:media blasting the full cabin, taking off the old stain, recaulking, new applications of correct stain and applying a top coat. Thank you again Mike, Micheal, Joey and Eric, you guys are the best! Jayne Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

What can I say other than ... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Mike and his crew (Jonah, Chris, & Joey) were the absolute BEST! I first talked to Mike about restoring my father's log cabin in March 2020. I was working quotes and gathering finances. I contacted him a couple times over the months just to let him know that I was still working out the details and asked him not to forget me. I met with him in September 2020 and he told me that he had kept a spot on his calendar and was ready whenever we were. Wow! We were ready the next month and he got right to work. The weather didn't help much but Mike got the job done quickly and professionally. The west wall of the cabin was in bad shape. Nearly half of it needed to be replaced. It was an amazing process to watch. He then had to media blast the entire thing, re-caulk, stain, and top coat. We threw a wrench into it by changing our stain color at the last minute but Mike was a gracious contractor and took it in stride. We actually went with a color that Jonah had recommended and we couldn't be happier with the results! As you can see in the pictures ... the place undertook an amazing transformation. The entire family couldn't be happier with the results. If you need work done on your log home ... KSM Log Home Restoration & Repair Inc are the people you want to work with. They are polite, professional, and great to work with. Mike & crew: Thanks again for the wonderful experience. You can expect to hear from us again for future projects and help maintaining this beautiful log cabin!
