I can’t say enough good things about this company. I contacted Patrick Riley to simply get a bid for a home generator. I also knew I wanted to get a new hot water heater and furnace. When I met Vinny at my home in Flagstaff, I felt very comfortable with him as he explained his personal background experience and what Patrick Riley can do. After explaining to him I also wanted a new hot water heater and furnace, he said they can help with that as well. I also mentioned I would like to have AC, but I didn’t think it was possible. Vinny explained how I could achieve this at a reasonable price. After getting a detailed bid from Vinny, I knew I wanted to do business with Patrick Riley. Over the next several weeks, I met with “JJ” and many other employees as they installed the new tankless hot water heater, AC, Generac generator and furnace. All of them extremely professional. “JJ” was exceptional. He knows the Generac system extensively. He also installed my R.O. System in Phoenix and, like all other Patrick Riley employees, is very professional. With all of these items being installed, at the same time I might add, problems will come up, and they did. This is where Patrick Riley and the employees really stepped up. They were extremely responsive and took ownership of every issue. Although Patrick Riley is based in Phoenix, they immediately came to my home in Flagstaff and took care of the issue. After the installation I met with William, who came to my house to ensure my satisfaction. He added a real personal touch to what Patrick Riley does. He was very personable and just down right nice. Patrick Riley also helped me out with my Phoenix house. I recently (September 2026) had a problem with my AC unit. I called William and he had the problem resolve within 10 hours. Patrick Riley sent out not only Vinny but Gavin to address the issue. I had never met Gavin, but he was just as professional as everyone else I met at Patrick Riley. Once again, I can’t give this company any higher recommendation. Jeff N

Aaron Coleman is awesome. He’s the primary technician who has been helping me keep my dinosaur aged A/C units running and in decent health with the goal of milking every second of life i can get out of them. He’s sensitive to his customers’ needs, challenges, situations, and never tries to oversell or talk me into something I wouldn’t need; plus he gives me alternative budget-friendly options. 5 stars for Aaron! Truly upstanding, honest, and ethical technician who’s on the customer’s side!

We’ve been using Patrick Riley for years for a/c and plumbing. I want to give a shout out to Ruben for going above and beyond to get my system cooling today. What should have been just a circuit board installation was met with a couple of obstacles that he resolved. I want to add that every technician that has come to the house has been extremely professional, and knowledgeable. Ernest, and Miko (plumbing) were out here this week, and did a great job.
