When I went to start this review my previous review of Maloney Plumbing came up and it would have been very easy just to change the name of the technician that came out. This time it was Shane and he was quickly able to fix the problem and like every other plumber from Maloney Plumbing he was professional. proficient and friendly. I asked him about another plumbing project that I was considering and he took the time to prepare a couple estimates of possible solutions. I should mention that the office staff that I have talked to over the years have always been professional and easy to deal with when scheduling appointments

Chase was outstanding. I sat with him while he was on the job for a sewer scope and he did an outstanding job of balancing his personal and professional skills. Highly recommend. Update: I recently contacted Maloney’s about a warranty issue after a sinkhole developed following heavy rain. Kitty, the owner, responded quickly and sent someone out to investigate. Kyle diagnosed the problem quickly, and Efrin, Jesus, and Javier were on site the next day. It was a difficult job involving an older house and bad weather, but they never once complained. All three were happy to answer my questions and show me their progress. Kitty also visited the site a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. Maloney’s is professional from top to bottom. Their responsiveness, communication, and willingness to stand behind their work made a real impression on me. I highly recommend their services.

I have been client of Maloney Plumbing for many years and it is easy to understand why. This service call involved replacement of 2 sink faucets, 1 shower faucet assembly, 1 toilet flush valve, 2 pair of "under sink" shut off valves, new outside water line pressure regulator and associated expansion tank. The technician was here for couple hours to complete all these tasks. Due to age of faucets and shut off valves, it required cutting off old hardware. A lot of work to say the least. Everything was done perfectly and now it almost feels like having new bathrooms throughout. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, from initial contact with phone representative to interacting with the technician, about Maloney Plumbing. Five out of five stars as always!
