Bait and switch. They advertise snake drain service up to $109 but charged basically 3 times that. I'd waited for the appointment so wasn't going to cancel once the price was different here. The service was performed so it's a neutral rating.

I needed the water lines capped off temporarily while I prepare for a bathroom remodel, and he took care of everything quickly and professionally. The work was clean, the caps are secure with no leaks, and he made sure everything was in good shape before finishing up. Jordan was knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. Very disappointed with this plumbing company. I paid an $800 deposit and, in my experience, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. Despite that, I was still charged a fee. I was quoted $1,600 for hydro jetting without even having the situation properly inspected with a camera or anything first. I was then told that if the hydro jetting didn’t work, it would be another $2,000 to move forward with removing the P-trap/wall. What makes this even more frustrating is that the situation could have potentially been handled much more simply. I was concerned that using a snake could have pushed the item farther down the drain, and hydro jetting could have created an even bigger problem by flooding my home and causing additional damage. I expected professional advice and an actual solution, not to pay hundreds of dollars for essentially no result. I requested a full refund of my $800 deposit, but they still chose to charge me a fee. Very frustrating experience, and based on what happened, I would not recommend this company.
