Ethan H arrived to do a maintenance check and while most of the plumbing looked 👌 my toilets were in dire straights. The house was built in 1998 and these were original equipment. He informed me that the working parts needed to be changed out sooner rather than later. We have four toilets and he assured me he would complete the job in one morning He was true to his word. I was truly impressed and pleased with his work. I should add than he also changed out of the RO filters and installed a new garbage disposal. All in one morning.

This is the second time we’ve used DVP but for a different issue. Water heater finally died on us and was leaking. Mike arrived an hour after I called. His knowledge and craftsmanship is top notch. We discovered some of the previous install was incorrect. Now it wasn’t cheap in the end, but am I satisfied and more confident of the quality and work performed? 100% am I am. I replaced the fill valve in my toilet myself to save money but when I opened the cut off valve at the wall it broke. Doh! Had to cut the water off to the whole house.
