This past Saturday, Matthew from the plumbing department on Donley A/C and Plumbing replaced an insinkerator in our kitchen and a water pressure valve outside. Our garbage disposal leaked on Friday. I was at an all day conference when I received a call from my wife who praised Matthew for his work and willingness to go an extra mile. She said he caulked around a hole in the cabinet backboard where a water line to our refrigerator is. This in an effort to seal the cabinet.. From the time I called in for service, Friday, to the time, I believe Deborah called my wife in the morning, through the completion of work ~ everything clicked. We have a 30+ year relationship with this company. Service, solutions, integrity, and personal treatment are on the front grille.

It's Friday afternoon and I desperately need a plumber! My slump pump was ringing and could be heard throughout the neighborhood! I called and within the hour I had service! Dan carefully listened, assessed the problem and by 5:00pm it was all over. Great job I highly recommend Donley!

My unit was installed by Donely in May 2026 and it broke down in September 2026. The first technician to come out was not able to repair the unit. The next day a second technician came out and repaired five things on a three months old unit. I do not know if they were installation mistakes or if it was manufacturers mistakes. But they eventually got it fixed. I’m glad it wasn’t the middle of the summer.

The Technician, A J Cardoza arrived on time and he serviced my a/c and flushed the water heater. He was very friendly and professional and completed the service within 1 hour. I have always had great service with Donley and would highly recommend them!

The Donley agent came out very quickly after I had described my issue. Meanwhile I learned the issue involved the City of phoenix and the Donley agent was helpful in interacting with the Phoenix rep and explaining issues to me. While I did not ultimately need a plumber, Donley was willing to forgo the normal visit fee because I was an existing customer. I really appreciated that. Great customer relations.
