There is not enough compliments in this world to say how grateful I am for the installation of my hyper-heat units and they were very professional. The issue that happened was that the wrong units were installed, they realized the mistake called me and told me about it and they corrected the problem with no extra cost or discussion, they did their job, this was done without my knowing that they were the wrong units. John and his crew (Collin was my service tech) are absolutely amazing! They were able to get me in fairly quickly for some plumbing and took all of my stress away! They were speedy to set up, do the job, and left me a fully functioning tub again! No cut corners, precise instructions, and great communication. I’d recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I did use them and spent a long of money for the name and then winter came and they refused to come out at all or send a technician. They said the cellar has “clutter” and it doesn’t. That also a poor excuse to leave a loyal customer with no heat in the middle of winter when they are some of the only ones that town and they don’t want help their community. Period. The receptionist was even laughing like it’s okay to screw people over but they have other clients. If they keep it up, wouldn’t suppose of if their customers pipes freeze.
