We needed their emergency service 5 years ago. They were here when they said they would be and took care of all of our needs. They suggested then that we get pumped out in 5 years so we got in touch with them a few days ago and John was here today to take care of our septic. I would recommend this company to everyone, they communicate with you, on time and courteous. The best part they don't take advantage financially.

Reasonable price We Had clean earth septic out today to service one of our rental units. They showed up on time with a very clean new septic truck and completed the job quickly and properly! We Will continue to use them in the future for our septic pump out needs

Had an appointment for 8:30 am and was upstairs in a small quiet house and didn't hear a knock or anyone's voice. I even had the door open and was in and out of the front door a couple times. Turns out they were 10 minutes early. The office claims they knocked - I guess like a mouse would knock - then they moved on. I moved on to another company after being told they couldn't circle back even after calling at 8:40. Not cool.

Reasonable price Great pump out service. John showed up at the beginning of the service window time and worked quickly. He explained my system to me and answered questions about how it tied into a previous system. Great guy, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be calling them again when a pump out is needed!

Couldn't be happier with the service. Arrived on time, positioned the truck right where I needed it to be. Carried out the service quickly with the driver being personable and informative about the process, tank condition, and when we should expect the next service.

I recently had a new septic system installed on my rural property, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. This was not an easy job — the crew had to work through woods, steep inclines, and very tight access points — but they handled every challenge with skill and professionalism. I also had a complicated rental schedule to work around, and they were incredibly accommodating, adjusting their timing without hesitation. Rick was especially great to work with. He stayed in constant communication, kept me updated at every stage, and was extremely patient explaining how the system works (more than once, and always with a good attitude). His knowledge and calm approach made a big project feel manageable. The workmanship is excellent, the team was respectful of the property, and the whole process was smoother than I ever expected given the terrain. I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic work, especially if your site is tricky or remote.

They responded quickly, got everything taken care of, and connected me with S&K Waste Pump Service to replace a broken pump the very next day. Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Not 24/7. Left multiple voicemails over a weekend with no reply. Called back on Monday and can't come until Tuesday. A 3 day wait for poop water overflowing into a house isn't what I'd consider 24/7 service for emergencies. If you're not going to respond to emergencies, don't claim to be 24/7 and waste valuable time that could be used finding other options.

Excellent service. Being new to septic tanks, we relied on our realtor who recommended Clean Earth. Worth the extra cost! The serviceman was extremely professional and courteous. He explained and even taught us on septic systems, reviewing and explaining ours, step by step. We feel confident that we are in good hands going forward, maintaining and servicing our system. We appreciate their contribution to good service in our community.

On time and very professional. Highly recommended. On the high end for cost but they do the job right. You could pay less and then wonder why your toilets are backing up, but not with these guys.
