We had a clog in our kitchen sink on 9-10-26. Called this company and they came out the next day. They tried to unclog it for an hour and a half. They were unable to unclog it. They charged us $422.82. It's not their fault they couldn't unclog the sink. However, I think their prices are really high. My coworker used to work for Isaacs and she said they are cheaper. I suggest you use Isaac's if you want to save money.

Reasonable price We own a commercial property and had a sewer line blockage during an extremely cold winter. Curt and Ryan did an outstanding job identifying the issue as a frozen sewer line and working through it. After about 1.5 hours and roughly 300 gallons of water, the ice finally cleared and everything was back up and running. They were friendly, professional, and persistent throughout the entire process. Sheesleys was recommended by the previous owners and I've already called them twice. Both times they arrived within the hour and today required the regularb snake plus the next level up that uses hot water. I've met five guys now from the company and they quickly assess the problem and fix on the spot. Incredible. They do have overtime hours which I utilized due to discovering the flooding so late. Office staff promptly gives quotes and possible scenarios. So thankful for this company

Not sure Well lets start by saying if you are a place of business with a 24/7 on call technician you need to stand by that on 12/31/2025 around 6pm my septic tank backed up and I called and talk to and on call technician he said they would be over in about an hour time passed next thing I know it’s 1/1/2026 1:00am still no technician or phone call so I called at 7am on 1/1/2026 I don’t get return call till 10am technician says I need to call my foreman it is 6pm and still have not heard from them lucky I put Sheesley’s on blasted on facebook and a company reached out to me and is on there way here with equipment and three guys to take care of my problem and if I need a new system I will be going with this company I will never refer or contact Sheesley’s for anything ever. Water was backing up in downstairs laundry and bathroom and their crew came up and determined the septic needed to be pumped. They showed up the next morning bright and early and dug down to the tank and pumped it out. Very professional and their work was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

My hot water tank broke on a Friday afternoon & called Sheesley's. These guys worked a hard overtime. They were challenged from the beginning. After 4 hrs of hard labor, these 2 AMAZING guys got the brand new hot water tank installed. Thank you so much for the GREAT job done & all of your hard work! Highly recommend!

Only a 3-day recall period if your sewer backs up on you after they provide a snaking service. Would have been better if they truly diagnosed the root cause of the problem so it wouldn't return after only 9 days.

We hired Sheesleys back in 2020 to have our septic tank replaced, which ended up turning into a bigger project and they ended up needing a engineer to come out because they had to replace my entire septic system and redesign the piping layout. They destroyed my fire pit without asking us to move it (we didn't know they even needed to dig in that area) and then buried the broken cinder blocks throughout my back yard. They left my back yard a DISASTER to where I had to pay an additional $300 to have someone come out with a machine to correct it because they left everything uneven and made ruts from the front of my house to the back yard because they decided to drive out there in the mud instead of waiting for a more appropriate day. I made a complaint back then but because I wasn't the owner of the house they refused to talk to me about it, I left a review but magically that is gone as well so since the issues continued I figured something needs to be said. I'm not one to complain, and I try to find silver linings in these issues but this was just ridiculous. Fast forward to this year (2024), we were trying to close on the purchase of our home and I had to contact Sheesleys for the documentation for the work and layout they did on the septic system and I was told they did not have any documentation on any engineer doing any work! I contacted the town hall to check with them for records and the town inspector advised they have no record of that work even being done by an engineer or Sheesleys..meaning Sheesleys didn't even get a permit for the work they did...I then had to pay $200 for a "service call" for a guy to come out for 5 minutes with a tape measure to measure the distance of my well and septic and he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to write down the numbers or if I wanted him to.....I explained it needed to be formal as this was for a bank mortgage so they did their measurement and as the guy was doing his measurements I mentioned the last time Sheesleys was at my house and how they left my yard and this guy says "oh yeah I remember that I was one to the guys here working on that project, this yard was a mess" ..... Later that day I called the office to request the measurement document gets emailed to me to send to the bank and they provided me with a picture drawn on a scrap piece of blank paper, no business logo or anything, even though I explained a few times already this needed to be formal and I get back what looks like a child's drawing....FOR TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS WHICH I SHOULDNT EVEN HAVE HAD TO PAY DUE TO THEIR LACK OF RECORD KEEPING! Extremely shady and unprofessional and will not be using them again.
