Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. We had a faucet installed by them. The workers were kind and seemed knowledgeable—I have nothing negative to say about them. However, when the sprayer on the faucet didn’t seem to be functioning properly afterward, the follow-up was extremely disappointing. I first left a voicemail—no response. Two weeks later, I reached out via Facebook Messenger. My first message appeared to have been read, but I didn’t receive a reply. The next day, I followed up and said I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but that this was poor business. Three minutes later, I received a response saying they hadn’t gotten a notification of my first message. I explained the issue and sent a picture. The person on Messenger said they could have a tech come out the following week to take a look. We agreed on a time, and I thanked them. Then, two hours later, Ed Osbourn replied and said that before sending a tech out, he needed to make sure I was operating the sprayer correctly. One of the questions he asked was, “Are you pressing the buttons while the water is running?” As you can imagine, I found that question a little insulting. I replied, “That’s cute—yes, I am.” I also let him know that I’m college educated and that the question came across as insulting. I added that while I understood he needed to check the basics, the way it was asked didn’t sit well. I told him my husband would give him a call on Monday, as I honestly wondered if he might speak more respectfully to a man. He then responded that they had removed the old faucet and installed the one we purchased, and that’s what we paid them for. He recommended I contact the manufacturer for further assistance, emphasizing—in all caps—that they DID NOT sell me the faucet, and since it was installed correctly, any operational problems needed to be taken up with the manufacturer. He also stated, again in all caps, that they would NOT be sending a tech back. This level of service is both unprofessional and unkind. Who doesn’t stand by the quality of their work or at least check in when a customer raises a concern? Think twice. I’ve since heard great things about O’Connor Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about Osburn Mechanical. I've been calling on them for services for a couple of years now, and they are consistently responsive, helpful, and friendly. Every technician I've met takes the time to explain what they're doing, they're transparent about all of the costs, they're conscientious about maintaining a standard of cleanliness, and they're responsible about getting projects done in a reasonable time. I've had their technicians come by for routine maintenance, but I've also had them come out in the dead of winter when my heater stopped working, and they got my house back to a safe temperature all while being cost conscious. Truly, I cannot recommend Osburn mechanical plumbing and heating more. They're spectacular at what they do. This is my go to business. Very professional, easy to talk to and they get the job done. I've used them in the past for heating/pipe issues. Today I had to give them a call to get my water tank replaced. Called them about 8:30am , here a couple hours later and did the job. I definitely recommend this business. I've had these guys over twice for 2 different plumbing issues. One was a simple 3 way leaky pipe replace, which even though it was closing time they came over to do so i could turn my water back on. The other was a broken faucet in my bathtub which required a new faucet and all new pipes sweated into the existing copper. These guys go above an beyond. No cutting corners, you call them and they see the job through and do it right the first time. And they don't break the bank either, very reasonable prices.
