You communicated clearly, worked alongside our insurance process, and never once made us feel like a burden. We noticed every bit of effort, and we're so grateful. Honestly, if it weren't for MacFawn, we would still be in a hotel. Instead, our kids are back in their own rooms and our family is back together under our own roof. We can't thank you enough. Overpriced I was referred, but did not have a good experience with MacFawn. I called on a Saturday because I had a leak in my ceiling from a storm and wanted to get the moisture removed & remediated. I was told by Courtney the emergency weekend call was typically $500, but was told she would give me a discount of $350. I uploaded photos and video of the ceiling to their online form. The team showed up without a ladder. I let them borrow my 8' step ladder, then they said they were afraid of heights. I got up on the ladder and mapped out the wet area using their moisture meter. They cut a hole in the ceiling and removed some wet insulation from the wall and setup a dehumidifier and fan. They didn't have a vacuum either, so they borrowed my shop vac. They returned to pick up their equipment on Monday and still did not have a ladder or vaccum, so they used mine again. I received the invoice, which I thought was a bit high, and noticed I was charged $500 for the emergency call. I called the office and was told Courtney never quoted me that price. I checked my notes from Saturday, and they had quoted me $350. I explained the teams lack of preparedness and they said they would talk to them. I would not recommend or use MacFawn again. Reasonable price I have never worked with a company as professional, responsive, or responsible as MacFawn! They came highly recommended and more than fulfilled that description. I have a second home that had developed from a leaking roof. They came soon after I called and did a super job, sending photos and reports on the work as they went along. I was 140 miles away, but felt extremely confident that they were doing what was needed. Their staff is just as wonderful . I would like to shout out Erica, Scott, Nick, Amanda, Wes, and Kyleigh from MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration. I called MacFawn Fire & Floor Restoration around 6:15am in June after my hot water tank caused water damage and had the privilege of speaking with Kyleigh who was extremely kind, understanding and solution oriented. She helped calm my nerves, informed me when her colleagues would arrive, and provided a brief overview a potential plan, and when they say 24-hour service, they mean it. Within an hour, Erica and Scott were there to assess and devise a plan to resolve. They communicated very well and ensured I understood the process from start the finish. Their expertise, patience and care made this undesirable situation more manageable. They came to check the progress of the restoration on a regular basis and kept me informed throughout the process. Their approach is truly person centered and not business centered, which is nice to experience when working through a tragedy. Unfortunately, we were unable to save the floors after the water damage, which resulted in me connecting with Nick. Nick, alongside Scott, were tasked with removing all damaged material to ensure a safe living environment. Like his colleagues, Nick was extremely helpful and provided updates on a regular basis. He even worked around my schedule to ensure a seamless process. Wes is a part of the leadership team at MacFawn and stopped by to check on me and to assess the progress. He answered all my questions directly and provided useful information. He explained next steps in the process and encouraged me to contact him directly if I needed anything. I honestly do not know what I would have done without Amanda and Kyleigh. They were the record keepers of everything and did an amazing job working with my adjuster to ensure my needs were met. They send a recap email every day to discuss completed work and next steps, which is helpful when trying to keep track of everything. I hope I never experience water damage again, but if I do, I am calling MacFawn. Not sure Ive had some major water damage occur in my bedroom, and needed some quick help. I called and spoke with Wesley, who was super nice and helpful in figure out what needs to happen. I called ServPro about the massive flood in our house and they ever showed up. Like, ever. Didn't call either. After a few hours, I called MacFawn and they were there within 90 minutes. MacFawn is a one-stop shop for recovering from a flood. If you need them to be, they'll sort of be the general contractors for getting your house repaired. They move very quickly, so if, like us, you have your own subcontractors you wanna use, and don't need MacFawn doing everything, you gotta intervene quick and let them know that. We used them for water removal, which meant pumping out the basement and dehumidifying the house for days. We had a flood in our basement 5pm on 12/19. Called MacFawn and spoke to Westly. He was so nice and efficient in handling our emergency call. Within 5 min of receiving the contract and emailing it back he called and informed me that he has already been in contact with the response team and they were headed in our direction. I received a call from the response team giving me an eta. Erica and Ky came and immediately got to work. They were amazing! Not only were they so quick to start to tackle the water in our basement but were fantastic of walking us through the steps of what was going to happen, what would happen and what to expect. They took great care in our furniture and belongings in the area of the flood. They placed dehumidifiers and fans in the area to begin the drying process. Erica took time to explain how someone would be back tomorrow to check on the drying process. Nick came on Saturday and was just as lovely as Erica and Ky were. He walked me through things again showed me that things we improving and heading in the right direction of drying. He said that someone from the team would again return Sunday. My was back to check on us and paid close attention to how the air was circulation and re-adjusted a few fans. Monday we had a visit from the MacFawn team again they determined that it would be best to pull up the floor that had the plywood with tiles ontop asap and we were on board. They started 12/23 and completed 12/24 before noon. Nick, Ky and Erica tackled the job over the 2 days. They again made sure all of our furniture was placed on blocks off the floor moved things around and left a dehumidifier and fan in the room to help dry up the cement. Ky was back a few days later and happy to report that things are dry. We have been in contact with MacFawn to discuss having a epoxy floor poured in the future in that room that was flooded. When speaking with them they have everything you might need painters, furniture movers, construction contractors. They are a full service company. Each and every contact with any one of the workers involved were just amazing. I have been speaking with Amanda in the office and she has been so helpful working with us to assist in getting this covered by our homeowners policy. She always says at the end of a conversation if there is anything else we need just ask. I feel like working with MacFawn has been a wonderful experience in such a difficult time. They have an amazing team there and highly recommend them to anyone that has to go through a flood or fire. Never once did I feel alone or that they were not on-top of everything 100% of the time. To the MacFawn team. Westly, Erica, Ky, Nick and Amanda need a raise. They are a wonderful group of caring people and I feel we were so lucky to have each and everyone of them on our team! Thank you

Not sure We had a washing machine leak. Water everywhere over two stories. They took great care to dry everything out and removed whatever got wet… insulation, Sheetrock, some surface plywood, … to get to the moisture underneath. Five days of noise from blowers and dehumidifiers. And they checked for moisture everywhere. When completely dry, they took machines away, and now we can rebuild. Very grateful! This company is absolutely horrible. They kept their equipment in my home for an entire month and never treated the mold. Instead of doing the work they were hired for, they essentially disappeared and left everything hanging. There was no follow-through, no communication, and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
