New Woke up to a flooded basement after our water heater let go overnight. Called SERVPRO of East Albany/East Greenbush first thing in the morning and they had a crew at my house within a couple hours. Steve and his team were professional, walked me through exactly what they were doing, and worked directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to chase paperwork. Basement is bone dry and smells fresh. Hoping I never need them again, but if I do, I know who to call.

We experienced a sump pump failure in our finished basement and Servpro came recommend to do the work.Jonah, the Servpro rep arrived the day after we filed a claim and explained the process and duration of the work to be performed. Very professional and we felt that the job would be done right. The SAME day a crew showed and began the process. Kurt and Ajolli worked the whole day taking out the carpet and set up the fans and dehumidifier. The next day Kurt returned with Jake to finish the wall repair, (water had gotten under the studs and into the insulation)and explained why and what they were doing.A few days later of drying out and Kurt returned with Jahez to collect the fans and explain the next steps. I can't begin to explain how easy the process was and what a great company Servpro is! Thank you ALL.
