We had an absolutely amazing experience working with DJ and his entire team after a horrible electrical house fire in May 2025. From day one when we didn't even know where to start, DJ was there to help guide us. Throughout the process, the communication, professionalism and amazing workmanship of DJ's team completely stood out. They stepped in with incredible organization, guided us smoothly through every phase of the rebuild of our house, and delivered an absolute masterpiece. We wanted the rebuilt house to be different and bring new positive memories. We moved back in June 2026 and could not be happier. DJ and his team helped us bring our vision to life and it is amazing to see. Every aspect of the house -- from the outside to the inside -- has a custom touch and incredible attention to detail. If you are looking for a premier high-integrity company that totally commands the job from start to finish and can help you navigate the rebuild process with precision, Professional Fire Restoration is the team to call. 5 stars all the way!

On Feb 27, after 2 weeks away, I came home to a leaking roof into the master bedroom, caused by a roof ice dam. I had the dam removed and my ins adjuster advised me thst Prof Fire Restoration was a cleanup option. Matthew was assigned and he removed sheet rock and insulation, etc. etc. He then came back over the weekend to remove the fans. dehumidifier, etc I am writing all this because he was terrific. He made me feel comfortable w the process. kept me advised and thoroughly cleaned up. Matthew represents your company well. Thank you

Great price Shortly after I had suffered a kitchen fire that covered my first floor in soot, not to mention a damaged kitchen, DJ, of Professional Fire Restoration arrived and assured me that they would clean and restore my home better than before, and they did! Teams of friendly and hard working people arrived and cleaned everything and replaced my kitchen. Everything is super clean and beautiful! They were so kind and thoughtful since they had to work around my dog, two rabbits and I. These people addressed every question and concern. They even made an effort to get my home finished in 3 months and done before Christmas. I can only give them the highest rating as I highly recommend them. God Bless DJ and his entire crew! Great price We cannot thank DJ and his crew for how incredibly amazing they responded to a not so great situation! The water line to our fridge became disconnected and flooded our kitchen and hallway and went into our basement. It was a total mess. DJ was recommended to us and we couldn’t have been more thankful. His crew immediately responded and went to work. They were so kind and meticulous when going through water damaged items, esp in our basement. They saved so many photos and mementos for us! They kept me up to date on the entire process and always remained in communication on the next step. All of this was a new experience for us and I can’t say enough how thorough and kind they were. DJ was even able to help me get my house back in order. Again, always keeping clear and constant communication. We are so thankful that we chose Professional Fire Restoration and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone! Thanks again, DJ!

It’s hard to explain the million things going through your head when you walk into a house with water pouring thru the ceiling. After calling DJ with Professional Fire Restoration, I was immediately able to breathe. DJ and his TEAM were on top of all the details. They mitigated the water damage from the pipes freezing and the re-build of the same space was amazing. DJ only works with the best sub-contractors. He knows them all and they work extremely well together. DJ is simply the best. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, organized, and gets things done! I highly recommend Professional Fire Restoration.

We experienced an electrical fire just two days before Christmas, and it was an incredibly stressful situation. Thankfully, PFRS responded quickly and helped us navigate the cleanup and restoration process. Their team was professional, efficient, and understanding, which made a very difficult time much smoother for us. They did a thorough job with the cleanup, removing the smoke, repairing the burnt wall, and electrical system while ensuring our home was safe. Their support and guidance through the process were invaluable. We truly appreciate their help during such a challenging time and would recommend them to anyone in need of fire restoration services.

The owner DJ was personally involved and engaged from the beginning of the process to the end... He made a complex claim easy to resolve. DJ had personal relationships with all the insurance company representatives which made managing the claim easy... All of his employees that came to our house have been with him for years and were excellent at their jobs and good to work with. I highly recommend DJ & PFR.

I highly recommend PFR. At a time when my family was most vulnerable, it was a blessing to know that the PFR team was behind us. They attended to our needs, large and small. Lyle is truly spectacular, as is Jen. I had complete trust in them and we could not be happier with the results. PFR goes beyond simply fixing what has been broken. They are there to support in making decisions, anticipate every need, and make you feel like a valued family member.
