Great price After recent heavy rainfall left water in our basement, we called KPM for help. From the initial call to get an estimate for cleaning the basement to completion of the job, working with KPM was a positive experience. Joe quoted us a very fair price for their services. The team of Sean, Anthony, Ryan and Noelle were professional, hardworking, on-time and did an excellent job restoring our basement. We intend to use KPM again in the future. If I could give KPM 6 stars, I would. They were knowledgeable and professional, always there when they said they would be, completely took care of the water damage I had including removing the flooring without damage and thoroughly drying the floors, and they cleaned up after removing all equipment. Everyone I interacted with was kind. The project manager, Dave, answered all my questions and explained what was happening and what to expect. The techs, Evan, Red, Gabe, and Noel, were great with equipment set-up, monitoring and removal (over three visits). Services Water damage-related cleanup & repair
