Lynch Plumbing has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a service company. Adam and his team have already completed a couple of projects for me, including installing a hot water heater and running a gas line to my backyard — no more propane tanks! Both times, Adam went above and beyond. He was immediately responsive, professional, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. He even came back to hook up my new grill (and to fix a mistake or two I made during assembly :) You can’t go wrong with Lynch Plumbing. I am happy to highly recommend them.

Overpriced | $1,000+ Will never use. They were contracted by HomeDepot to install a water heater. He complained about the water heater and when I asked him about the anode rod (cause we're on well water and I want to mitigate the smell), he said "don't bother, you'll be replacing this water heater in a few years anyways." and proceeded to bad mouth the product he was contracted to install. Very unprofessional. Then my kitchen sink stopped working immediately after the install, of course after they left. I had several phone calls & texts back-and-forth over 5 days and they refused to come look at it. I dropped more than a few thousand on the heater and install & they told me to call a plumber to look at it! THEN I went to see where the anode rod was located and noticed HUGE dents & gashes on the top & side of it. They never showed me, told me, or explained what happened, they just left without mentioning all the damage! (pictures attached) Will absolutely warn others to NOT use this company. To clarify the anoid rod is designed to last the life of the water heater, on well water with a water softener you will get 7-10 years regardless of changing the rod or not. Water flow stopping at your faucet was and is from your poor water quality out of the well that is worse on a high demand like filling a water heater, we are contracted by 1800 heaters and do not service your area for plumbing services. Only water heater installation. Damage on tank is cosmetic, caused most often at the factory, doesn't change warranty or how the heater works. This was a non stock special order heater from home Depot, we were contacted to just install it. All issues are handled by 1800heaters whom you contracted and paid. Lynch plumbing has not received one call about this issue. Resolution would have been offered if so. As far as bad mouthing the product, no it's your water quality. Trying to save you the hassle of changing the anoid rod due to it would not be worth doing. This is a 6 year warranty heater designed for a 10 year life. As all power vent water heaters are.

Lynch Plumbing can't control the availability of product at Lowe's or any other vendor. You are fast to bash a small family business when In reality you ordered a water heater from Lowe's, you gave them misinformation leading to us arriving with the wrong water heater. The heater you needed was special order. You had to go to Lowe's and order the correct water heater. We are the installer, we don't have anything to do with the sales process. This review Has absolutely nothing to do with us. And please, anyone reading this, look at the awful reviews this person has left all over the place. This person is a chronic complainer. By the way, we sell and install amazing water heaters, at amazing prices, you could have contacted us directly instead of a box store if that was your issue .
