Great price | $1–200 Lockwood plumbing responded for a leaky toilet. A few days later we sprung another leak. Will respond and fixed the entire issue quickly and professionally! Reasonable price | $2,000+ We had to have an emergency plumbing repair prior to moving out of our home. Lockwood accommodated us on short notice. They did the large repair in our basement so seamlessly that it’s not even noticeable, and everything is working better than it ever has. They were even able to take care of a minor issue that we had been having while they were here. There work was spotlessly clean with very little impact to our day. They deserve five stars! I had my main water valve replaced. They coordinated the shut off, and turn on, with the Water Authority. The appointment was for 10:30 and they were early, which was fine. The plumber, Will, (You’ll see his name in other great reviews) was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and confident. He made what looked like a difficult job easy. As I watched him work, he told me what he was doing step by step. Some people don’t like others watch them work, but he didn’t mind. I asked if he could repair a pinhole in a copper line and he didn’t hesitate. There was an extra charge for that but it was very reasonable. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the entire process. Marissa, who works in the office, kept me informed with text messages before and after the service. The entire process was much easier than I expected. It was a great experience. I’ll never call another plumber again.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lockwood Plumbing. From the first call I made the receptionist was so delightful and helpful (so sorry I forgot her name). Will, the tech came so cheerful and ready to help at the end of his long day! You could see he loved what he was doing and loved to help people!! Lockwood plumbing came to my house to diagnose a problem with my older Navien tankless water heater . ( no charge) I was given an estimate for a new tank and installation after it was determined that it would be more cost effective to replace, rather than repair my old water heater . ( honest fair price ) They even moved around some appointments to help us out when my old water heater died before our original replacement appointment was scheduled. We will definitely reach out to them for other plumbing needs if they come up . Many, many thanks to James for his professionalism and punctuality .

After receiving an estimate over the phone from Your employee that answers your phones, I thanked her and decided to get a second estimate which was free in house. I was shocked when their estimate was twice what yours was,over the phone. I called back and she said that Will was finishing up a job near me and could she send him right over. Will was a breath of fresh air.... knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He even took the time to win my Black Lab over so she wasn't afraid of him. I recently decided to replace a 14-year old water heater with a Navien Demand Heater. John Lockwood Plumbing sent James to do the estimate and later, the installation. James did an excellent job, not only with the quality of the installation, but also with clean-up and answering all of our questions. If you have a plumbing problem or a plumbing project in mind, I highly recommend John Lockwood Plumbing, especially James.
