Had a break in a pipe beneath the floor to the outside of our house. We had already dug outside the house and had removed drywall inside the house to identify the problem. From the pictures I sent him, he was able to tell us exactly what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. He came out and fixed it very quickly and did a very clean and professional job. He definitely knows his stuff!!!

Reasonable price John was fast and efficient. We had a clogged drain line and he cleared the clog and provided information about what he did and how the clog was cleared. When I called John was on his way to a call. He said to leave a voicemail and he would call me back the next morning. I left the message and he called the next morning as promised. He showed up ontime and had the problem (water leak) fixed promptly. Nice to know I now have a reliable plumber I can call when needed.

I would recommend JCCM without hesitation. John replaced a 30+ year old 40gal Bradford White gas hot water heater with a new 50gal Bradford White heat pump unit. The old chimney vent was removed, the gas line was plugged, and the ancient leaking galvanized connections to/from the hot water heater were redone with new copper lines. Communication with John was easy throughout the entire process, and the price was reasonable. He showed up on time and was done in a few hours.
