It took the technician 6 hours to install a new dishwasher and a water line for our refrigerator.he seemed slow at it also and I had even helped him with both installs..and we think we were over charged.as the price was more than what we paid for the dishwasher..we are not happy with the amount charged for the work done...

Mike, As our technician explained to you this job was much more than a simple dishwasher installation and a water line for the refrigerator. Our technician had to rebuild the kitchen sink drain in order to make room for the dishwasher drain connection. Additionally your basket strainers were loose, and had to be fixed before connecting the new drain assembly to the sink in order to avoid any leaks. We also had to assemble the dishwasher (water, waste and electric). Since 1978, Bricco Plumbing & HVAC Inc. has provided top-quality heating, cooling, and plumbing services in Clyde, NY and throughout The Finger Lakes region and will continue to do so.
