Bill did an excellent job on finishing my basement bathroom. He did the whole project from tearing through the concrete floor, installed the toilet, shower, heated flooring and made it look great. He also came to fix a broken water line emergency in my business. Very thankful for his work.

A few years ago I was in need of a plumber because of constant flooding in my basement. Bill Flanagan came highly recommended to me by a very good friend. Bill took complete ownership of the issue. It turned out that the water was backing up because of tree roots which had completely blocked the water drain to the street. It required taking down several trees, excavating and running a new line, almost to street. I didn't have to worry about a thing...and I GOT MY BASEMENT BACK!!! We were so happy with his work that we used Bill Flanagan to design and remodel our bathroom this past summer. We LOVE his work! Highly recommended!

Worst Plumber ever... He started working on my water line last september, he finish 50% of the project and the he dragged the work for 8 month and then he stop answering my phone calls. I paid the money and he still didn't finish the work. I finally decided to find different plumber and the job is going to be done in 2 weeks. Mr. Flanagan's was suppose to design and submit the plans to the town and state. he told me that it will take 6-8 weeks to design the plan and get the approval. i had to wait because i already paid the money, i finally decided to find a different engineer.. so if you are planning to use this plumber make sure you don't pay him upfront for the job.

Bill was referred to me from a trusted handyman and I was very pleased with Bill's work. I had an oddball plumbing noise problem that he confirmed was coming from my failing pressure reducer and took care of that, as well as a leaky outdoor water valve that the severe cold from last winter had split. Bill also worked with us to get the best price on some faucets we want to replace, telling us what to look for so we didn't end up with the inferior product sold by the big box stores. His work was professionally done and reasonably priced. I won't hesitate to call him the next time I need plumbing or heating work done.

I called Flanagan's on Sunday with a drainage issue. Bill was very quick to help me and also get me in contact with the Town to make sure the sewers were working correctly and there were no bigger issues I needed to be worried about. When the job was complete my drains were free and clear and he also fixed a leak we were unaware of saving us from another problem.Thank you Flanagan's for doing a great job. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill/ Flanagan's Plumbing Heating for any issue you may have.
