I had a great experience with PlumbingBO. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain the repair before getting started. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean when the job was finished. It's refreshing to find a company that's reliable, honest, and focused on doing quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable plumber in New York.

Great price | $400–600 So my landlord is basically useless and I had this slow drip under my kitchen sink for weeks that he kept ignoring. Finally got tired of it and called PlumbingBO myself. Best decision ever. The guy showed up right on time which in NYC is basically a miracle lol. He fixed the leak in like 40 minutes, showed me what was wrong so I actually understood, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Super friendly too, even helped me move my fridge back in place. Definitely using them again if anything else breaks in this old apartment building. Which it will lol. Services Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing leak repair, Service not listed

The plumber arrived on time, quickly figured out what was causing the problems, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The toilet is flushing perfectly again, and the shower has great water pressure with no more issues. I also appreciated how clean and respectful the technician was while working in my home. I noticed the water in our toilet’s tank wasn’t refilling properly—and then the bowl started running even when nothing had been flushed. I googled “NYC plumbing” in a hurry and called PlumbingBO. They answered right away and had a plumber in NYC at my place within the same morning. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and took a quick look before diagnosing a malfunctioning fill valve. He replaced the valve with a high-quality part, adjusted the float, and made sure the tank was filling and shutting off correctly. To wrap up, he flushed and observed a few cycles just to be certain there wasn’t a hidden issue. I appreciated that he explained what was wrong in simple terms, gave some tips to monitor it going forward, and cleaned up the area. Overall, it was fast, transparent, and professional. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with plumbing in New York.

I discovered a slow drip coming from my water heater, and it was making odd noises every time the hot water kicked on. After Googling for “plumber in NYC,” I came across PlumbingBO and gave them a try. They scheduled me for the same afternoon, which was quicker than expected. The technician arrived promptly, quietly scoped out the issue, and pinpointed a worn-out pressure relief valve that needed replacement. He installed the new valve on the spot, tested the system thoroughly, and even bled out some air from the lines to ensure smooth flow. He took the time to explain exactly what had happened in clear terms and showed how I could check for early warning signs in the future. All in all, it was one of the most professional and hassle-free experiences I’ve had with plumbing in New York. No surprises, just honest work done fast.

Great price | $1–100 We noticed our bathtub faucet wouldn’t stop dripping, and after a couple of days the constant dripping was not only annoying but also driving up our water bill. We decided to call PlumbingBO since a neighbor recommended them, and they sent a plumber in NYC to our apartment the same afternoon. The tech was right on time, super polite, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a worn-out washer inside the faucet. He replaced it right away, tested everything, and also checked the surrounding pipes and seals to make sure there weren’t any hidden leaks. What stood out was how he took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it from happening again. Out of all the NYC plumbing companies we’ve tried, this was by far the easiest, most professional experience — quick response, no unnecessary upselling, and the job done right the first time. Our water heater stopped producing hot water right before a busy work week, so we called PlumbingBO. They sent a plumber in New York out the same day, which was a relief. He quickly figured out it was just a faulty heating element, replaced it on the spot, and had everything working again within an hour. He was polite, explained the issue clearly, and didn’t try to upsell us on a whole new unit. Out of all the NYC plumbing services we’ve used, this was the smoothest and most professional experience so far.

Our kitchen sink was draining super slow, and then it fully clogged over the weekend. We called PlumbingBO and they sent a plumber in New York out first thing Monday morning. He used a drain snake to clear out a ton of buildup and had the sink working like new in under an hour. He also gave us tips to keep the pipes clean and avoid future clogs. Out of all the NYC plumbing services we’ve tried before, this one felt the most reliable and straightforward.

We are renovating a home in Clinton NJ from our residence in Atlanta. This company was recommended by our realtor, and we are very pleased that she chose Super Sewer Man, who was able to diagnose & repair a (very) complicated drainage problem. Best of all, he kept us informed by calling and sharing photos of his work step-by-step. Quite professional, and exactly what one hopes for when having to trust a tradesman from over 800 miles away. PayPal payment method a plus as well considering the long-distance communication. Positive Responsiveness, Quality

Searched Google Plumber Greenwich Village. Found Super saw the reviews trusted them and called as their name is well known around here too. Told them the plumbing problem and with dedicated detail they accurately expressed why this was occuring. I was Impressed by this knowledge btw & go figure. Master plumber NYC. Drain plumber NYC. Pro vs Joe. Super arrived on time identified the problem fast, the plumbing pipes behind the walls and my toilet were clogged so badly, that the building water needed to be shut down. The toilet had to be dissembled off the floor and removed, they sent a steel wired machine 65ft behind the walls down the plumbing pipe, cleared this nasty obstruction in the toilet line & reset the toilet again. Hard job nothing simple about this. Roto rooter. Told me $1,249.00. Super charged $400 less cannot beat the savings or the expert service. If you're like me and require a pro. Plumbing Company NYC. Super is quality service and 5 stars all the way!

Dave answered my call right away and let me explain my issue. He talked with me on the phone for over 10 minutes and wanted me to take pics and call him back. When I called him back, he came over to look at my shower leak that day. After spending time looking at the issue he decided it was job for someone else. He spent again another 10 mins at least explaining what he thought it was. He recommended Jason at Big Apple Plumbing. He did not charge me for his time!! What a genuine, nice man. I will definitely call him in the future for sewer issues. You don't find many honest fair people anymore. Dave was the Best! BTW, Big Apple fixed my issue in a timely manner.

Best Plumber Denver CO. Recently purchased a property in Denver. I found this plumbing company on yelp noticed all the 5 star reviews. They showed on time when they said would, they are real professional service experts in there field. Super Sewer Man repaired a serious leak in my 4" cast iron stack line & cleared my main sewer of heavy grease & debris. I was first quoted $1049 by roto rooter. Super Sewer Man charged me half the price to do both. Best plumbers around 5 stars...
