New Overpriced | $1,000–1,200 EDIT: As you can see in the company response below, there’s no accountability for their behavior just a simple “pay the invoice”. The invoice sent was paid to an account ending 5083 on 29th May earlier this year through Standard ACH. Happy to share screenshots or any other information show how unprofessionally Waterhouse has been throughout this process. - - Waterhouse Company installed the plumbing for our Rational combi oven in May. They reduced the drain manifold from the required 2" connection to a 1" line. When we raised concerns, the technician dismissed them. Once the oven was in use, water backed up during cleaning cycles, overflowed at the cleaning box, and leaked onto our kitchen floor. A Rational-licensed plumber inspected the unit and confirmed the manifold was the wrong size. After that, Waterhouse was hard to reach. They no-showed a scheduled appointment on 7/23 and then missed the follow-up they promised for 7/24. A representative told us we would essentially have to "beg" for service. Their later attempt at a fix did not solve it, and the machine was still leaking. We have now hired a different plumber to correct their work. In a working restaurant kitchen, a leak is a slip hazard and a health-code exposure, and we lost weeks to it. I would not recommend them for any commercial installation.
