Brian from the company was great when he checked out the leak in my apartment recently. He was thorough, patient, and took the time to walk me through his findings in detail. Ihosvamny (CHOPPY) was very professional was very knowledgeable and very prompt. I would recommend him in the future as our previous dishwasher was installed by a different company and had a very difficult time putting it in, but he did not. I’m writing from Cape Coral Florida.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them. Negative Quality, Professionalism Services Water heater repair

Hi Helene Berkowitz, We’ve made every attempt to contact you and address your concerns but have not been able to get through. Thus, we’d like to provide some details to clarify some claims: On 1/26/2022 @ 3pm we received a call from you for no heat and no hot water. We arrived to find that a prior plumbing company had installed a new water heater and advised you to reach out to them to finish the work. You declined, and as a courtesy we offered to finish the installation. On 1/27/2022 we came back to finish the work and made sure everything was working and checked before leaving. On 1/30/2022 @ 7:20pm you called again stating no heat. We informed you that due to the winter storm that was ongoing, we didn’t have available techs to dispatch and provided some alternative companies to call in the meantime.

I called Ariel Services Inc. on a Friday evening due to a flooded basement after a flash flood. The operator would not answer my questions of availability or price of getting someone to help without taking all my personal info down first. After I provided that, she still wasn’t able to answer when a technician could come out but said one would call me back. One did call back shortly after. Chris was friendly on the phone. He let me know the pricing and that the soonest he could make it was 8:30am the next morning. However, he never showed up the next day and his phone went straight to voicemail. When I contacted the operator they were more interested in obtaining more personal information (email) than express concern about the missed appointment and the MIA technician. The operator could not locate Chris nor any other technician and simply told me that she put a request for a technician to call back at an unknown date and time. Well, Chris eventually resurfaced (via phone) almost an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment to tell me he couldn’t make it till Monday. He claimed he had an emergency the previous night, which is fine but why didn’t he nor his operator notified me of this? All in all, I cannot speak to the actual quality of work because I never received it. I do know that this company is focused on obtaining your personal info vs actually providing a service. Based on my experience, this company is unreliable to say the least.
