New My 2021 Tundra was hit in a parking garage and a standard body shop would've charged me an arm and a leg to replace the doors. Northern PDR admitted it would be a challenging job, but they were up to the task and knocked it out of the park. I knew to limit my expectations due to the locations of the damage, but the work exceeded those expectations by a great deal.

Before and after photos speak a thousand words. Our Volvo has aluminum fenders and was a difficult job but it was quickly repaired within an hour and for less than my insurance deductible. Simply an amazing service offering in our city.

The job to straighten a crumple in the front was very well done and priced very fairly. Only open 2 days a week.

I recently stopped in to have a dent repaired on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Luke, the owner, was incredibly personable, welcoming and went above and beyond. He assessed the damage right away and had the dent fixed within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing fast, professional, and friendly service.

I just have to say—this is one of the best places I’ve ever been to in Watertown. The gentleman in charge treated me like an old friend and gave me a great price. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. He finished the job in less than 20 minutes, and honestly, he’s a wizard—the dent completely disappeared. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and amazing work.

Luke did a very awesome job on my SUV that had a few door dings and did a couple small paint touch ups. He was very professional and got me right in. Luke was also very reasonable on the price.
