New Not sure If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service department. K&s came out to our house at the request of our home warranty. They couldn’t access the pipes because our home was built in the 70s and has asbestos in the drywall mud. Recommended we have that abated and call them back for repairs once containment was complete. Once we called them back we got the run around multiple times attempting to schedule the follow up service call. Once a plumber finally came out, he took one look at the walls and said I cant touch this since the drywall has been removed. When asked why he said home warranty wouldn’t allow it. We called home warranty and they disagreed with the plumber, and said they would allow it. We’ve left multiple messages and k&s will not return our calls. Zero work has been completed.

New Overpriced They were dispatched by AHS for a leak. We provided evidence of the leak which included photos and videos. We were instructed to shut the water and power off to the heater for safety concerns due to it wetting electric components. Since I turned off the water as instructed they couldn't "detect a leak" and there is now thousands in repair costs and additional charges that they refuse to acknowledge or discount. They are quick to respond to schedule but not with actual issues or concerns. Not only that they replaced a water heater a year prior and it's almost double the cost now with little to no explanation. You have to hound them for breakdowns of the out of pocket costs. They're unprofessional and never follow up when they say they will.

New They say parts were to be delivered twice to the house and weren’t. Appointments we’re scheduled where they called after 4 hours saying they cannot come after all. We have had to make arrangements to be at home for 4 hours twice when they didn’t bring the part and another where they called after the 4 hours saying they couldn’t come. The repairman was good but the management horrible.

New Update on 10/07/26: K&S came out today and fixed the toilet issue I had. It ended up being a simple wax ring fix that was a quick and simple fix thanks to Seth. (Which is the only reason for the 5 stars) One star because I can’t leave a review unless. So far I haven’t had a chance to work with them. I was referred to them by HomeServe. They gave me three days to choose from for them to come out. I chose today,(Monday) Tuesday and Thursday. The day they scheduled someone. Wednesday….when I won’t be available. I tried calling to reschedule at 10 am today and got the “This call maybe recorded.” Held on for a few mins and it went to a recording saying office hours are 8am to 5pm and if I got that recording to leave a message. IT WAS 10AM ON A MONDAY. How are they closed?
