Jim was great! He came right over to my house, called me when he was on his way, and gave me an honest assessment of the issue with my water heater. Other big name companies were trying to sell me a brand new water heater. Jim came and fixed the part I needed and charged me a fair amount. Would recommend him to anyone!!
