New Great price I wish I would have called this company a lot sooner than I did. If you are reading reviews to try and determine if you should call them or not, stop wasting your time reading the reviews and call them. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reliable.

Hands down the best plumbers around. They are professional and helped us understand the whole process. They patiently explained things to my boys as they watched with amazement. They are clean, prompt and all around good people. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call if you need any work done, you won't regret it.

I called this company last September. The scheduler got me an appointment the same day. The plumber was friendly, professional and got right to work on our clog. Once he cleared our line, he cleaned up and said good bye. In late November, an elderly friend called us with a serious clogged pipe and asked us if we knew a good plumber. She was very distraut, this happened 3 days after her husbands funneral. We gave her Drain Masters phone number. She called, they sent someone right over and the problem was taken care of. Thank you for being so responsive and professional!

Waste of money, and if you have an issue, don't expect a solution. We contracted them to replace our old lateral line. This much they were able to do. However, everything about it was mishandled. It took two years of us hounding them just to start the project, then when they finally could be bothered to show up, they damaged the street curb, didn't lay crushed stone under the new pipe so it sagged, and whatever they DID tie the pipe into, it wasn't the sewer main, because it started backing up back into our basement. Between attempting to get a solution from these clowns and along the DPW, we were able to determine the above mistakes. DPW still has no idea what pipe they connected to, after running a camera through the main and dye through our line. When we attempted to get the situation resolved, the only "solution" that was offered was a plan to reroute our plumbing entirely, all for another multi thousand dollar bill. 0/10. Absolute clowns who are only interested in taking your money, not doing their job right. And Lord help you if they botched the job and you need them to simply correct their mistakes. I'm working on 4 months of bank and forth trying to get them to simply correct their errors.

A couple of weeks ago, my turn of the century septic system plugged up. A quick phone call and two days later, here they were with the jet truck and later that day, the pump truck. They got her drained, jetted out and everything looked beautiful !! But.... she wasn't moving. The leach line had no where to drain due to years and years of doing what it does. Two days later, Scott shows up with a self contained machine that basically drills into the ground, moving as he goes, following the line, and shoots high pressure air into the ground to loosen it up. This allows the leach line to start working again. It was very cool to watch and feel as the ground pops up like a blanket, under your feet !! Yesterday, the finally stage of this trilogy!! Three of them showed up to turn my clog point, in the basement pipes, into a thing of flowing beauty !! I have a laundry room bathroom, right off the kitchen, that hasn't worked in years. She just never liked to flush right. This morning, thanks to the new plumbing, I fired a test round through it, and it flushed perfectly !! Chili and tacos for dinner !! We'll she what she does tomorrow !! Fast response. Great guys to deal with on site. Beautiful work (mind the plumbers cracks) and super reasonable given the price of time and materials in this day and age. Thank you all so very much for the great work and getting my kitchen, laundry room, toilet and shower flowing freely again !! Jim

We have used Drain Masters for 10 years now. We have ALWAYS been extremely happy with them. They have been to our home for pumping our septic, installing a new septic tank, doing repairs, and even fishing my wedding ring out of the drain. Highly recommend Ed and his team. Thank you Drain Masters!

Edit: used this fabulous company again! This time to replace our main water line as we had a leak. Well Eddie and his team deserve more than just high praise for the job they encountered. They ran into quite an issue with the main water line from the street breaking off and pouring tons of water out. They were here hours after to make sure the job was done and fixed. I can't thank Eddie and his team enough for what they did as they went above and beyond what most companies would do. Highly recommend them. My husband and I are very happy with the services that were performed by drain masters. We had water leaking into our basement everytime it rained and the side of our property was like a swamp. After calling multiple people we luckily stumbled upon drain masters. They came out when they said they would and actually gave us a written quote on the same day. That's unheard of anymore. They saved us a lot compared to the 1 other verbal "guesstimate" we had from another company who would not give us a written estimate. Clint was professional, knowledgeable, returned our phone calls with any questions we had, etc. The day the work was scheduled to start he showed up early and communicated with us what he was doing every step of the way. Clint and his crew did a great job as well as cleaned up after themselves. We have had no issues with any water intrusion since he repaired the crack in our foundation and installed a french drain to mitigate the excess water. We are very pleased with this company and have already recommended them to family. Drain Masters, LLC scored an "A" for the work performed yesterday at my home. My kitchen drain was severely clogged and after analyzing the situation, Drain Masters employees Zack Galaloinski and Nate Burke spent many hours taking care of the issue. In the process they were very knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with a major problem. My home was built many years ago and I appreciate the knowledge of well-trained employees in making sure the problem will not reappear in the immediate future.
