Had an after hours situation that I needed to deal with and Bodek was fantastic. They were quick to respond, very pleasant and helped explain what was going on with the furnace so I could understand. We used BODEK INC. for our Mitsubishi ac unit and we couldn’t be more pleased. Scott and Ryan installed the units and they were outstanding. Great price My hot water heater died over the holiday weekend. Not only did Bodek complete the job ahead of schedule, the owner went above and beyond by completing the prework scope to make sure everything would go smooth. After the work was completed the installer reviewed the work that was completed which was BEYOND my expectations and below the quote that was given. Stay Away Boo.........They don't give customers hourly rates, we paid $1045.00 for 3.5 hours of work and there were no parts necessary in our service call. Their customer service rep told me the technician uses a metric to figure out pricing. Of course she couldn't explain this mysterious metric. Definitely call around for a more transparent source then Bodek.

Tanner from BODEK Plumbing was excellent!!! He listened to what I stated was my lissue with a leak that started in the second floor bathroom and that was now leaking into the ceiling in my kitchen! He fixed the issue and he cleaned up any mess that was created. Also he replaced my thermostat and bad thermo coupler. He was very kind and courteous too!! I highly, highly recommend BODEK for all of your plumbing, heating and A/C needs!

Very nice and professional staff, seem very knowledgeable. Pricing doesn’t seem reasonable though, was charged $375 for them to come for 20 minutes and tell me a plumbing clog had pretty much cleared itself by the time they got there. I’d understand that price for an “emergency visit” or a visit that actually required a significant service. But what can ya do.

Been looking for a goto heating/plumbing company to take over my home since my last installer plumber retired. Friend recommended Botek. Botek Tanner came out and assessed and understood my system. Did an excellent job of fixing my issue and diagnosing further potential issues to address at a later date. Tanner gave me full confidence in knowing his profession and knows his trade. Will not hesitate to use Bodek again and Bodek gave me peace of mind to find solid service on my heating system. Will highly recommended! Service was professional, prompt, and fair.

I called for an emergency, since they advertise 24 hour emergency service. I had a sewer system backing up into an apartment complex that I manage. They said they wouldn’t do it, because I’m not a customer. I was trying to become a customer and had an emergency!! Ridiculous.
