I'm not sure where the above average reviews came from for this business...but my suggestion is...BEWARE...DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS! From my experience...TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! I called...spoke to Joe and setup an appointment for Mold Remediation in my Attic...2 weeks in advance of the Appointment! I called back no less then 4 or 5 times...no one ever answered the phone...I left numerous Voicemails asking for a call back in order to confirm the Appointment...never got a response...no call back! Needless to say...the day of the Appointment...No one showed! If I could give this Company No Stars and still post this...I would! Services Water damage-related mold removal, Water damage-related pest control, Service not listed

First off, I'm Sorry, I acted in an inconsiderate manner. I had my phone off all week, and didn't look at my schedule due to a series of personal problems I was injured early Monday afternoon. I ended up in the emergency room with severe back pain and a numb left leg. After a series of tests, x-rays, a cat scan and an MRI, it was determined that I have 2 herniated discs and they are putting pressure on the nerve running down my left leg. So between the pain, lack of sleep, and pain killers the next few days were pretty much not fun. On Wednesday I received a call from my brother that my mother had been taken to the hospital with shortness of breath (she is 95). I also need to explain that I have 2 cell phones, and my attitude at this point was, "whatever is going on with work, it can wait". So the work phone, which was off, was not monitored for messages. Had I realized that our appointment was this week I would have acted differently. We have been working on a large project for a condo complex and I thought that was all that was going on. When you hire a small company like mine you get the best and sometimes the worst of experiences. On the one hand I am on every job, and our quality is superb, but on the other when the system breaks down, it completely falls apart. In this case the latter occurred. This has been a learning experience that I will not forget and I will never let my messages and calendar go unmonitored again. This was completely my fault and I’m asking for your forgiveness. I understand that you have retained someone else to complete the project and I wish you the best of luck with that. If you ever need me for anything I now have my phone on and I am available and willing to help in any capacity. Joe

Joe was the only bright spot in a rather bad situation. We had a water leak from bad chimney flashing that tore through our attic and found a home for itself in a wall in our dining room. Months later, we had a major mold issue. I called Joe and he immediately educated me on the risks and the best way to get the mold inspected and further treated. Joe was incredibly professional, communicative and kind throughout the abatement process. He's also very honest and steered me towards finding a legit home/mold inspector and not using someone who would take advantage of my lack of knowledge around the remediation process. As stressful as this situation was, it was a relief to find Joe. Really great experience overall and appreciate his honesty and approach to running his business. I give this company 5 stars because doing business with Joe and his team is what it must have been like in the old days when professionals in any field took pride in their work and reputation. I had a mold issue on a rental property, so a friend of mine recommended Fresh Maintenance. I called, was connected directly to the owner (Joe) and my problem was solved within a week. I figured there would be up-selling or that I would get hosed because I know nothing about mold removal, but it was nothing like that. Joe came out exactly when he said he would and showed me the root of the problem, and three days later he arrived on time with a small team and that was the end of my problem.
