Reasonable price Coming home to a flooded house is one of the most stressful things a homeowner can experience, in that moment, you feel completely overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. A call to All Pro/Belfor changed that for us. I called that night, not really knowing what to expect, and Lee answered with such calm reassurance. That alone helped me breathe a little easier. True to their word, the team was at our house the very next day, and they didn’t stop until the job was completely done.they checked for water damage everywhere. Which each wall that they took down or ceiling or floor it was done with care. What really stood out was how much they cared, not just about the work, but about us as people going through a hard time. Daniel stayed on top of every detail of the project, checking in regularly, coming to my house often to see the work being done, explaining what was happening at each step, and making sure we always felt informed and taken care of. He dealt with the insurance company, submitting claims, answering questions, being there for multiple adjusters. The crew was incredibly neat every single day, whether they were removing walls or putting up ceilings- every phase of the work was handled with meticulous care, and they always left things tidy before they left for the day. The team at All Pro Cleaning and Restoration did an amazing job managing our insurance water damage claim. They were at our property shortly after the claim was reported and helped remediate our home. They then managed the restoration which was a large four month job given the water damage impacted three levels. In particular, they rebuilt the custom kitchen and did a great job. The team were professional and responsive and were great to work with. I could not be happier with the quality of their work.
