We came home to a foot of water across 1,000 sq ft in our basement at 9pm We talked to Cindi at 9:15pm By 11pm, they had their team onsite pumping out the water By 1am, they had finished the first task, removing all the water from our basement The next day, the team came back and cleaned the entire basement and set up the fans and humidifiers to handle the final 10% Professional, Responsive, Excellent Work

They are honest, professional, have extensive expertise and high attention to detail. We contacted United Restoration to perform lead abatement and lead dust specific cleaning on our house after a former contractor contaminated our house with lead dust. United Restoration made a very stressful situation almost easy! When my basement flooded, Johnathan came quickly and started work immediately. The team was efficient and effective and kind and Johnathan was easily accessible even on a Sunday. Ian helped navigate the insurance process to make sure it went smoothly. Jess and crew did a great job in cleaning up the water damage. Their final invoice cost was reasonable with no surprises. Ian worked my insurance company with patience and I was able to pay the bill with my insurance’s approval. Overall, very smooth process working with Ian on the payment aspect.
