New Great price All-around outstanding! I oversee engineering operations for two large inpatient hospitals and have used Servpro numerous times in different capacities. Whether my request is scheduled or an unscheduled 2am emergency, I have always gotten through to my local rep in under 30 minutes and had an emergency crew on site within two hours. Everyone I’ve worked with, especially their emergency response team is quick, efficient, and extremely professional. They leave the damaged area looking like nothing happened and I am always impressed at how fair their invoices are. My local rep is thorough and always able to help and guide me through any situation that arises. I will continue using Servpro for all issues and happily recommend them to my counterparts at other facilities! Not sure I will say we had a disaster of a pipe burst in basement and NICK was an all star. Each day he and Anthony and Rich went right to work with a smile. They did NOT disturb MY work. They were polite and efficient and communicative. They were respectful of animals! Henry helped so much with the insurance claim. I honestly think NICK was beyond reliable. Not sure Servpro did an amazing job with the cleanup of the sewage leak into my foundation. They were incredibly professional and meticulous with the cleanup. This was a major effort and they were fabulous. I need to call out the team of Henry, Jorge, Sanaah, Richard, Victoria and Anthony that worked the entire week to remedy the problem. I highly recommend them for this service. I have included a before and after picture. They pumped out 1200 gallons of sewage and performed an amazing cleanup and disinfection process. Not sure After a leak from upstairs, Servpro was there the next day to help prevent the water damage from turning into a much larger issue. They also did the demolition of the ceiling after their dryer process. The whole team (Henry, Jorge, Sannah, Victor and Nick) were very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the whole experience. While I hope to never need their emergency service again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing a similar water damage incident.

We had the best experience with ServPro. Henry and Jorge came by and really helped us tremendously during a very difficult time (our basement flooded). We had some water damage and they not only cleaned, dried and removed everything but they were so careful, meticulous and respectful of our home. This team/company were incredible & came to our rescue ON Father's Day after we had a sewage backup in our basement bathroom. They were efficient & thorough, while being extremely kind and empathetic with our situation. Our bathroom tile + subfloor, drywall & base area of the shower all had to be ripped out, including parts of 2 closets. The pricing was VERY fair, they worked in tandem with our insurance company, and Henry in particular made himself available frequently over phone & text to shepherd us through each phase. Jordany & Anthony were on site, doing the tough work, and treating our home like it was their own. As anyone can imagine, this was a really bad & unforeseen situation that caused our family a lot of stress & worry. But ServPro and those 3 members of the team (Henry, Jordany & Anthony) were heroic in their work. The approach always felt very human, thoughtful and professional. I truly cannot recommend them enough. THANK YOU!!!

I had an unimaginably horrible odor in my otherwise gorgeous new home and the ServPro team of Tarrytown / Elmsford were nothing short of a Godsend!!! And when I say this, I mean Tony and his team (Nick, Henry, another Tony, and Jorge) literally perform miracles. I had assumed that the smell, which was apparent in the home upon the initial viewing, would disappear with the former owners when they and their stuff moved out, but it had somehow become deeply entrenched in the home – the air, every nook and cranny, the carpet, the walls, everything. It was horrifying and shocking to realize that the former owners had hired professional cleaners, as every surface seemed to be already sanitized and dust free, yet the overpowering odor persisted to the point where I had to open the windows anytime I was in my new home and couldn’t spend more than 20 minutes in there without uncontrollably gagging and becoming extremely sick. In desperation, I Googled local cleaning specialists and found ServPro, which seemed to offer the most heavy duty cleaning out there (i.e. I wasn’t sure if another normal cleaning service could get the smell out, because the former owners seemed to have cleaned and sanitized everything already). Tony was so friendly, kind, and supportive from the initial phone call we had and at every step of the remediation process. He quickly accommodated my schedule to meet with me and assess the smell, despite seeming to juggle many other appointments at the same time. He not only met my distress with a calm and reassuring manner that put my nerves at ease, but he also quickly drew up a proposal that worked within my budget and involved specialty equipment specific to my situation. I wasn’t sure if the equipment would work, but because Tony worked to get things within my budget, I was able to give it a try and boy am I glad I did. I mean, glad doesn’t even begin to describe the level of relief and joy that I felt with the work that ServPro did for me. The smell is COMPLETELY GONE!!!! I am nearly 100% certain that no amount of cleaning would have ever gotten that smell out and that very specialized equipment was necessary. If you have a horrible situation that normal cleaning has failed to remediate then ServePro is your best bet. Not only will they be friendly and supportive at every step of the process – which is so incredibly helpful when you are dealing with a horrible (I would even say traumatizing) situation – but I am convinced they can fix nearly every situation that normal cleaning can’t. Oh, and they also give free estimates – so you literally have nothing to loose in scheduling a consultation. If you’re in doubt, just call them – you will not regret it.
