Came quickly on a Saturday morning to help to help mitigate a water leak. Crews came every day to dry out the walls, carpet and ceiling. Created minimal cuts in the drywall to access the area. Once the area was dry, Faithful restored everything beautifully.

Awesome service! Polite, friendly and very professional. Dried out my basement and put up plastic sheets to isolate the damage and protect our belongings. I’d recommend them to anyone and their price was reasonable.

We have been in our home for ten years. The basement bathroom (shower grout) has been difficult to keep clean. Even though a moisture test at inspection showed nothing, we have always wondered if there are any mold issues inside where we cannot see. Faithful 's air quality /mold spore test results put our mind at ease and at a reasonable price. Our neighbors have used them, too. I fully recommend, great customer service and thorough care.

This our second time using Faithful and we were very pleased again. They were prompt and kept us well informed about the process. They also were careful to lay down plastic over the carpet and stairs to keep things clean which I appreciated. They were friendly, got the job done well and we would use them again if needed.

They came out late at night and started getting the flood cleaned up ASAP. I had fought mold for 6 years at the last place I lived and didn't want that problem again. Faithful made sure my home was mold free.
