We had our toilet overflow in our second floor bathroom that did extensive water damage to our bathroom, spare bedroom and laundry room. The water also ruined all the sheet rock and insulation in our 3 car garage. We called and left a message with SERPRO about 5:00 am and they had a recovery team at our home by 9:30 am. The response time and services we received were frankly unbelievably superior. They were courteous and respectful and professional. In the eight weeks of recovery time we were always kept informed of times frames, damage issues and insurance coverages. We had multiple staff working on our restoration and never had a single issue with their performance. Unfortunately we did not record everyone’s name so that they could share in our appreciation of such an excellent job. We did record names of Gage, Jack and Dustin. Everyone was a class act representative for SERVPRO. This week, in conversation with a friend, I recommended SERVPRO for remediation issues they were experiencing . I would heartily recommend SERVPRO to anyone regarding their professional services. Outstanding and exceptional service professionals.

The team at Servpro is by far the best in Billings, MT! We had a water leak and Steve was at our house within a half hour of our claim to the insurance co. Within minutes he had a whole house full of fans and a crew working, and that was on a Saturday. My whole house had to be packed up and they did an awesome job. Cannot say enough good things about this whole team. We had a water line break in the middle of the night and they were able to get a crew out here first thing in the morning to get all the floors ripped up and fans drying everything. I had an issue with my former landlord here in Billings, Montana, who tried to accuse me or blame me for a water leak in the apartment that I was completely moved out of. They told me it was my fault and that I would have to replace the walls in the living room and the bedroom and the flooring because there was mold. I’ve had issues with mold in a house that I used to own some years ago, and I knew something wasn’t right so I called Servpro and spoke too James. He immediately came over to that apartment and used his tracking devices to see where the mold was how far it spread all the while they had been running industrial fans with no proper protocol for clearing mold. He took pictures and let me know that the mold was very minimal and that they were doing the remediation wrong. There was nothing in it for him. He did not charge me for that call which he could’ve but instead he chose to stand with a senior citizen who lives on a fixed income to fight against what appears to be elder abuse in the monetary sense. He was very professional & knew what he was talking about. I can honestly say of all the remediation services in Billings, James of Servpro would be the one I would call First above anyone else. Servpro is very fortunate to have such a diligent, honest, hard-working gentleman like James.

ServPro of Billings did a fantastic job on a quick turn around deep clean I needed done for a client. I called on a Tuesday and they had it done within 48 hours. I can't say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail and excellent communication. Even when we needed to make a couple adjustments they were responsive and easy to work with. The June 16th 2025 hail storm wrecked our house. 80 mph winds blasted thru 9 of our windows. Our house was filled with hail, rain and glass. Servpro swooped in and helped us reclaim our house. They spent days cleaning, organizing and packing up our possessions so they could get our house dried out and ready for repairs. I wanted to acknowledge the exceptional service that was provided to my mother's property after she experienced a water line break in her home. The Serve Pro crew in Billings Montana did a great job to mitigate the damage in her home. Crew members that worked on this project were Emily, Ryan, Montana, Jack, Christine and Aldo. They were professional, sensitive to the times that worked to come into mom's home, knowledgeable of what needed to be remedied, managed communications with the insurance company and finally had the whole team including a plumber on call. They also lined us up with the team that will do the rebuild. It was a one stop shop.
