Alonso and Sal did a fantastic job with our drywall and paint after our flood. They were meticulous with keeping all of our stuff clean and we so appreciate them! It’s so nice to have people who care when you have an unfortunate circumstance like a flood. They were great and even sweet to our yappy and not so trusting little Yorkie! We really appreciate the time and the attention to detail as they put everything back together!

Called Alpha Omega when we found 95% of our basement with standing water. AO was quick to respond to get work started on drying everything and did all the work of moving our furniture and all the other random stuff that ends up in a basement. We ended up losing all of our flooring, but their quick thinking to get furniture and items off the ground likely saved some of the wood furniture. One big thing I noticed was how clean they kept the worksite. I was able to walk through barefoot after their team was hear doing demo and ripping things apart. Clean construction site? What?! Thank you Jordan and “Coop” and the rest of the team that helped for great communication and treating our space like a home and not a work site. You guys are top tier and fantastic at what you do.

Our see backed up in our basement. They were there, on a Saturday afternoon, for 5 hours cleaning, taking out carpet, drywall, cabinets, and sanitizing. They were amazing and we were able to stay in our home for the weekend. They were back on Monday and most of the week cleaning up and doing demolition on our basement. They were amazing and walked us through every step!

Hello I just wanted to come on here and talk about my distasteful experience with what happened last week. I am not even a customer myself, my neighbor is! Me and my husband had just gotten home and I had my children with me. As I was putting things away in the house the kids were out on the front lawn playing. As I was putting away my things in the house I can hear things being thrown around very loudly and on top of that I could hear two young ladies laughing hysterically and using A LOT of profanity. I then immediately go back outside and grab my kids and bring them inside. If I wanted my kids to listen to that bad of language I would have turned on a rap song not let them play outside. I finished putting my groceries inside and I went to go close my trunk when I hear one of the girls in gray shout “take your shirt off” and then began giggling from across the street. I then looked at her but she was thankfully not talking to me. As I was looking at the two young ladies standing around I noticed they were standing in front of a white work truck with a black trailer. The work truck has a logo on it I asked my neighbor what the name of the company was and she told me. I just wanted to say you are a company working in homes WITH CHILDREN in the community. I am sure more than 90% of the homes you work in have children in them or around. So I don’t see any use of profanity or “sexual” talking’s appropriate in that type of environment whatsoever. I would hope to not have to hear that AT MY OWN HOME again. I am happy to provide a description of the ladies as well. I’m sure all of the kids around including my other neighbors heard them as well!!! The girls were both in white suits one of them had a gray shirt on which you could see through the white suit she was the one I looked at after she said “take your shirt off”. They were BOTH using heavy language of profanity as well. I did not know if you guys were open on weekends so I decided to leave my message here this morning. Please do better

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Im highly impressed with their response time, their attitudes and how they helped handle a difficult and unfortunate situation at my building. Jordan was amazing, he got all the information he needed and had a team to my building in an hour. Crew lead Jared communicated with us every step of way through the demolition and drying process. Jared and his team were wonderful to work with on our mitigation of water from a leaking roof Jared arrived, took a look at the problem and quickly had carpet turned back, wet sheet rock and insulation out of the house. He set up fans and the dry out began in record time. The team was respectful, hard working and wasted no time. They cleaned up the mess as they worked. I would highly recommend Alpha Omega for mitigation and restoration. This is our second experience with them. An exceptional company.

We had a water loss in spring of 2023. We called them to come out. Our insurance told us to fire them because they were not doing things to a national standard. A water loss is considered an emergency situation. The first thing they should do is demo the water loss area before setting fans. Alpha came out, took pictures, taped an area, set fans, set dehumidifier, and left. Didn’t hear from them for 6 days. The initial jobsite visit was with Jordan, one of their project managers (PM). Our insurance questioned if they are an accredited Restoration company. We called Newman. Newman pointed out their negligence and made corrections the very same day they came out. The project manager at Newman even politely showed Alpha’s PM the things he did wrong on his way out. Alpha told us we slipped through the cracks because corporate over booked them and they shouldn’t have taken our call/job. Safe to say, get more than one opinion with these guys. Edit Reply: Jordan did not communicate those things to us. He told us 2-3 weeks for the rebuild, not 2-3 weeks for the restoration demolition. There’s a big difference. Hence why Newman educated Jordan on the negligence. Furthermore, why would you accept a job knowing you could not handle the situation properly. If you can show up for an estimate/site visit then you should be prepared to do the job to a National standard. When I called to cancel, they miraculously had an opening in 2 days instead of 2 weeks. As homeowners/prospects, we call professionals and expect them to be professionals/experts. Whoever reads this, you’ve been warned.
