We had our RO system leak and flood down to our basement. We made a call to Andy and he was at our house right away!!! I could tell right away that Andy had the knowledge and training to take care of the job right off the bat! It made a terrible situation to deal with a lot easier!!! He is a professional and will tell you the steps you need to take to ensure the problem is resolved! He had fans at our house within hours of the leak! I would 100 percent recommend him to anyone who experiences a disaster at their house!

As a property manager in Billings, I have used many companies and never have I had as good of service as I do with Billings Carpet Cleaning. Dominic is great! They are all kind, quick, reliable, and most importantly, the quality of work is amazing! I have used them at several properties that I have managed and when I have gone to a property that uses someone else, I always go back to them! These guys are top notch. There have rarely ever been issues with the cleaning, however, in the off chance I had one, all it takes is a phone call to have them rectify the situation. They have always been honest as well, if they do not think the carpet will clean they tell me right then and there, even if that means I won't be using them because I'll replace carpet. Seriously, if you are looking for a great price, great service, and clean carpets, call them!

Dom has been nothing short of amazing. He has gone above and beyond in helping me get my deposit back with my property management. If you have old pets especially cats with a health issue, then you know the struggle with carpets.. He did an excellent job at carpet cleaning he even came back a second time to do a deeper clean as the property management was complaining they were still stinky. Darn cat.
