I am a realtor at DeLex Realty and needed urgent advice on a sewer scope inspection. Jerry at Cobra Rooter & Plumbing called me promptly several times and came out and gave me a second opinion the very next morning. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest and the experience with him was amazing!!! Everyone at this company has been great!!! I won't use any other company going forward. Try them, you'll be so glad you did! Thank you to Jerry and everyone at Cobra Rooter & Plumbing

The employees at Cobra are very professional and quick to respond. They offered to come as early as the next day to inspect my water heater and gave detailed instructions on how to shut off the heater to stop the leaking and prepare it for the tech. The price for the replacement was well within our budget. Our tech arrived promptly for the appointment and very communicative. Overall I’m extremely happy with the service!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance didn’t do a good job with the toilet. The toilet body was loose and not sealed, and the water in the tank wasn’t working. They left bathroom in a mess. I had to clean it up and call my property manager to come down and see what was wrong. They’ll call a different maintenance to redo the job. In the past, they’ve done the same thing with the shower water faucet , and the kitchen sink faucet. It wasn’t a good job. I feel uneasy around those maintenance men in my apartment complex. They are unpleasant and no longer welcome to my home.

Want to give a shout out to Adam. He just finished a cleanout re-piping. He was efficient, professional, courteous and meticulous about every facet of the repair! Job VERY well done!! Cobra Rooter and Plumbing have been my plumbing company for over 30 years. VERY satisfied. We love Dave too, he's been clearing that same drain for the same 30 years for us. Now we probably won't see him with this repair.

Our water heater busted on Friday at midnight. They were there the next day and had it replaced in under 2 hours. The price was a lot lower than we expected. I’ll definitely be calling them again!

OMG!!! Life savers!! no seriously I cannot express my appreciation to Adam, who came out with only hours of notice. super nice, great energy, good vibes all around. Anyone who dealt with toilet plumbing issues knows what a hassle it is and I’m so happy I was able to count on them to come and do a fantastic and speedy job. He went the extra mile to fix the handle on my toilet as well as to teach me how in case it come Loose again. Please give this man a raise! Thank you cobra and A special thanks to Adam! 💙

The office is responsive and helpful with diagnostics. And the plumbers are fantastic! Adam in particular has done a wonderful job on my properties over the past year or so.

Please don’t confuse this company with Cobra Plumbing—which is awful. This company is great and did great work for 1/5 of the cost of what the other company charged and did not do correctly!

UPDATE: just hired them again. This time to replace an old kitchen faucet and to un-cluster a mess of supply lines for my washing machine which sat directly above an outlet which, circa 1978, was not GFCI. This involved opening the wall and rerouting copper pipes and the drain which had to go through a stud ending up with everything routed through a recessed washer box. 5 stars all the way! Nice and clean. Hired Patch Boys to repair the wall and an electrician to put in a GFCI outlet and now no one can tell things weren't always as they are now. Extremely pleased. Highly recommend.

Best plumbers out there. Do not get fooled by the other “Cobra Plumbing”. Jerry and his team are honest and will tell you the truth. Been using them for over ten years and they always come through.

Cobra Rooter & Plumbing was referred to me by my mom (she owns multiple apartment complexes within the Valley). I'm so grateful for her referral and have used them multiple times on our various properties. These guys are honest, do good work, know their craft, and they present the best customer service experience. I trust them 100%. They don't upsell and they are able to come out fast and address the actual issue. I'm grateful to encounter companies like Rooter that still take pride in their work while really caring for the people they help. I've learned to build a community of people to trust with our home and family and they have definitely made the list. Thanks for creating an enjoyable experience - even when things go wrong, you show us/remind us that we are cared for.
