I don’t normally write reviews, but the behavior I witnessed from Brewer Plumbing demands attention. One of their drivers aggressively forced his way into my lane, nearly causing a serious accident. Instead of showing any concern for safety, he escalated the situation with road‑rage antics—flipping me off and driving recklessly. This wasn’t just rude; it was dangerous. If this is how Brewer Plumbing’s employees conduct themselves on the road, I shudder to think about the standards inside their business. A company’s reputation is built not only on the quality of its work but also on the professionalism of its people. Brewer Plumbing failed spectacularly on both counts. I would never trust a company that allows its staff to endanger the public and behave with such hostility. There are plenty of plumbing companies that value safety, respect, and professionalism—Brewer Plumbing is clearly not one of them.

7/26/24 12:30pm Eastbound bell Rd @ 303 White Nissan frontier 1180 on back tailgate Brewer logos all over vehicle Reckless driver. Speeding, tailgating , cutting in and out of traffic. 7 or 8 erratic lane changes in 30 seconds, never once used turn signal. Please remind your employees that reckless driving is a crime similar to a DUI. (Criminal record, $1000's in fines, possible jail time.) This person is putting other people at risk because of their lack of time management and driving skills.

I called to get a quote and someone actually answered the phone. They were able to fit us in for the service we required (backflow testing) within a week. The service tech showed up earlier than expected (pleasant surprise) and completed the testing in a timely manner. We'll definitely be calling Brewer Commercial Services for our next backflow testing.

They came to do a jet cleaning, they came with one tech who looked around and waited for the second one to get here on his 150 an hour clock. Job took 5 minutes to do once they did it. 1100 dollars later. Would not recommend

My corporate headquarters has encountered numerous plumbing issues over the last 6 weeks and each time Brewer Commercial delivered excellent service. From the booking process, status updates, service recommendations and billing, I have nothing positive things to say. Special thanks to Patrick, Jack, Tiffany and Juanita for all their efforts. I would not hesitate to recommend Brewer Commercial to my friends or family.
