Freddy has always been quick to respond to our calls. The latest - Our water heater quit and he replaced it promptly. We’ve used Freddy’s Fox Rooter for over 14 years. He has unclogged our drains, located and fixed leaks inside of our walls, installed an outdoor laundry tub with running hot water and installed a sprinkler timing system for us. I have never had an issue with his work. Once I got upset because he found a mysterious leak in our attic that was leaking inside a wall and I didn’t know was happening. I smelled a musty odor and he came out to investigate. Thank goodness he found it - we had to replace a 8’ square part of our ceiling and found black mold was growing inside the wall. He saved us a ton of problems by finding that leak. I’ve listed all of the work he has done over the last 15 years. UPDATE. My kitchen and bathroom sinks back up to each other. They developed a clog that I couldn’t break. Freddy told me that the builder didn’t include a clean out for that drain and said it had to be done under the sink. The last time it clogged years ago they couldn’t get to it without damaging the trap under the bathroom sink. Freddy installed a new clean out so it wouldn’t damage the bathroom sink trap and a new vent pipe. Saved me a fortune in the future!!

Called Freddy in the morning and sent a follow up text, he returned my call in less than an hour! (Don’t bother with the online Request Information submission - just call or text the business phone number directly) He came same day and found our main drain had a blockage due roots. After removing the roots with hydro-jetting and we were back in business…. Or so we thought. A couple days later (much too soon for roots to regrow) the toilet was leaking again and not draining fully. I texted Freddy again and he was able to squeeze us in the following day. Lo and behold, there was another clog in our tub drain, which sits in sequence at the end of the bathroom plumbing - with the sink and toilet ahead of it. So finally after snaking the tub drain it was fully allowing flow from the bathroom fixtures and all was well! Thanks so much Freddy, for your customer service and amazing personality!

We were lucky to have found Freddy. We had another plumber come out and was unable to fix the problem. I called Freddy in the afternoon and he was willing to fit us in at the end of the day. Was at our house late in to the evening to make sure all issues were resolved. Would highly recommend.

Freddy is the absolute best! I have to give a huge shoutout to Freddy, my plumber, who went way above and beyond. One of my diamond earrings fell down my shower drain and he somehow managed to find it—I was sure it was gone forever! Freddy is super good at what he does. I had him replace the water main on a house in Peoria, he did an outstanding job, including explaining to me tricks I never knew about soldering copper pipe (I'm a handyman). He can handle any plumbing issues you might have, no matter how complicated. I will definitely call him again next time I have an issue I can't fix myself.

When you look up the definition of professional, courteous, skilled, kind, and honest it will have Freddy's picture next to it. Not only did he answer my call immediately and scheduled a time for him to clear my clogged kitchen sink, he texted me with updates of his arrival time. He went right to work and within an hour had my drain cleared and even cleaned up the area under my sink before he left. It is refreshing to see true customer service in action! Thank you, Freddy!

I called Freddy on Saturday for a clogged main sewer line issue and he was able to respond within 30 minutes. After messaging a few times to ascertain the issue, we scheduled service for Monday. On Monday, Freddy showed up on time and was very personable. He was also able to unclog the line by hydro jetting the roots. Freddy is honest and his rates are very reasonable. The next time I have a plumbing issue I will be calling Freddy. I recommend him to anybody who needs a plumber. No need to call anybody else.

Huge fan of Freddy. He's a local, knowledgeable plumber who will share exactly his process with you and make you feel at ease. He got me right more than one time with my old Phoenix plumbing. One time, he even dug, by hand, into the backyard to fix the main line. The mountain of dirt was taller than him by the end. The guy is a legend.
